Amazing stay at Oz Hotels Sui! We had a wonderful vacation at Oz Hotels Sui in Turkey! When we arrived, our check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we got there much earlier. The staff was very kind and accommodating — they let us check in early to our two rooms without any problems. All the staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and attentive to our needs. The service was truly excellent. The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was red fish, a great selection of meats, freshly baked pastries and croissants, and beautiful, tasty desserts. The menu changed often, and we were always satisfied. Drinks were available all day long, and on the beach, you could eat, drink, and simply enjoy yourself without limits. There was also a cozy coffee shop on site that served really good coffee — we loved stopping by every day. Ice cream was available all the time at the beach, and there was even a separate ice cream café on the hotel grounds. Near the pool, there was a restaurant offering burgers and local dishes — very convenient and tasty. Two more bars on the property. The beach was warm, clean, and beautifully clear. A free shuttle ran regularly to take guests to and from the beach, which was super convenient. The hotel itself is big and beautiful, with poolside animation during the day and fun entertainment programs every evening. Our rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. All in all, everything was super-duper! 😄 This trip left us with amazing memories, and we highly recommend Oz Hotels Sui for anyone looking for a great all-inclusive vacation in Turkey!

As a coffee lover, I was happy to see a dedicated cafe within the hotel , but I was a bit disappointed with how the barista prepared the coffee—it didn’t quite meet expectations.

I had a very pleasant stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the food selection was impressive—especially the bakery items, which were delicious. The beach is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel, but there’s also a convenient shuttle running every 20 minutes. In the evenings, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, with music and dance events . The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

It was an amazing stay, staff was really friendly throughout the whole stay, manager accommodated special request for birthday and made it special, with champagne, cake, table reserve. Perfect stay, one thing I would say is that food was repetitive, but still good quality, more different options would make it perfect.

I stayed at Oz Hotel Sui for 4 nights and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offered good value for the money we paid, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The food options were quite limited, especially at breakfast. Croissants and a few other items were the only decent options, but these would run out by 9 AM, so if you arrived any later, you’d miss out. On the bright side, I appreciated the small ice cream parlour, which was a nice touch for a mid-day treat. The hotel did offer late-night snacks, which was considerate for those arriving late, but the quality wasn’t great. The only consistently good food we had was at the pool bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting expectations. I would suggest the hotel improve its breakfast offerings by adding more variety, maybe beans and hash browns 🤷🏽‍♀️. As for lunch and dinner, a better tasting bulgur rice, which is a staple Turkish dish, would be welcome. Most of the food was just lacking flavour or just not appetising. Overall, Oz Hotel Sui is worth the stay if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and aren’t too particular about food. But with a few tweaks, this place could be a lot better

It is a beautiful hotel with one of the best designs I have seen. The food is plentiful and nice. Best of all is the swimming pool, which is the perfect temperature. We enjoyed the spa facilities and hammam too. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Really nice place.

We went at the start of the season so some activities were closed like the stage performance, outdoor food shack which probably would have served kebabs and it took some time for them to get in the rhythm of things

The staff were very helpful and made sure you enjoyed your holiday. They also included you in all their animation activities like table tennis and darts and there was a playground and water slide for the kids which they enjoyed.

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel Unfortunately, several issues caused significant inconvenience and concern: 1. Cleaning standards: The room cleaning was very poor—on multiple occasions, the room was left untidy and essential items were not properly replenished. 2. Breakfast service: Late Breakfast was advertised until 10:30 AM, yet at 10:00 AM the buffet was already being cleared away, contrary to expectations. 3. Food hygiene: During dinner service, I found a hair in the food—a clear lapse in basic hygiene protocols.

Food 75% not tasty, not clean , people who work cant speak english and angry without smiling for kids , We found hear in the cake of our daughter birthday , No have parkering for car , No have hot water in shower , Have noise at night so you cant sleep, No have room service every day , You have to fight to get your food ,

I booked and paid Oz Hotels Sui from 12/11/2024 till 19/11/2024. One day before we supposed to arrive to the hotel I received a message from the manager of the hotel saying Oz Hotels Sui is closing on 17/11/2024 for the winter and we have two options: cancel my reservation or stay at another hotel: Oz Hotels Incekum Beach Resort Alanya. Cancel my reservation was not an option, we were already on the way to the airport, so at the end of the day first half of the week we spent in Oz Hotels Sui - the one I booked and we liked it very much but second part of the week they moved us to another hotel and that was very disappointed: hotel is much older, spa is nothing to compare to another one. At the end of the day our holiday wasn’t good - I want to live and use all the options from the hotel I choose. Also to receive a message from the hotel just hours before our flight was not professional.
