Air conditioning was not powerful. needed at least 1 hr to cool room, space in the room was very limited, steep stairs leads to the room hence difficult with heavy luggage.

location was excellent. walkable from the tram stop that goes to the airport and heart of the old town. can enjoy the music downstairs.

Dusty room, Room Size for the price, Toilet need improvement, toilet roof hight very disappointing, lighting in the room or access area, need to use Torch light to locate the key hole for the room doors, We need to change during our stay due to roof leeks during rainy day. Old property cleaning need improvement, wifi could be better, Parking impossible, Hire Cars could be better for the price charging, Security issues with the room doors/ Windows need attention/ Repair , room lighting need improvement also need replacement/Repair

The room right under the room so ceiling is very low in the most of the room and I kept hitting my head.

Located in the downtown of Antalya 5 minutes away from two tram lines. Bathroom much cleaner than turkish standard and even dedicated place for a shower. Balcony in the room.

After staying in a 5 Star hotel, staying in Cicerone and the feeling of glamours nights with music was great. it was in a great location, near the shopping center and Kaleci harbor. Nights over the hotels restaurants and club was so amazing.

We liked every thing however if you do not like noise staying in the centre of the old town is not for you.

We booked the deluxe king room, this was the room in the pictures with the red chaise lounge. The pictures are an accurate reflection of this room. The bed is large and very comfortable. This room was good value for money, as I understand alot bigger than other rooms in the hotel. ( when selecting a hotel I found many had small rooms. I selected this hotel for the size of the room and the bar downstairs) The staff were very friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to ensure we had a good holiday. Great location in the centre of the old town, we loved the bar downstairs, good selection of drinks and a singer on every night. Loved the location of the hotel and the buzz of the old town, we had a fantastic holiday. If you like cocktails try the Pink Panther it is amazing 😊

Sadly, the Wi-Fi had very weak signal in our room. That’s why we had to use our E-Sim.

The location of the hotel is amazing. You’re right in the old town and a lot of places are walkable. The room we had was smaller than expected but still very comfortable. The AC cooled down the room very fast and had adjustable modes. The balcony was quite private and very nice. No complaints about the bathroom, everything was fine. Lastly, the hotel staff was very kind and warmhearted.

Contrary to what is written in the listing, THERE IS NO PARKING. We chose this hotel in part because it listed parking. It is in the old town, with very narrow streets where it is impossible to park and manoeuvre. The room wasn’t super clean, and seemed to be designed for someone under 1.60m.

Luckily we are easy going people, so just tried to enjoy our vacation no matter what. Yet the place is not pleasant at all. The room was tiny, with old furniture, no blanket on the bed, and very slow air conditioning. We could hardly take a shower as there wasn’t good water pressure and water often was just cold. Several times the shower-head holder just fell off the wall. There was no cleaning for 3 days and it was done only when we asked for it, and only once. The most disgusting part of the experience was cockroaches everywhere! We seen them on our balcony and on the hotel stairs inside, and it was super uncomfortable to stay there after that especially. In addition, there was no drinkable water provided so we were taking it from the reception downstairs and in the end the hotel asked us to pay a big bill for all drinks we took there (which we assumed are free for the guests, and the personal confirmed it on the first day). The last point, not all staff speak English and none of them was able to help us with basic questions every tourist has. Beware that they indeed have a live music every night until around 1 am, so it is very loud in all rooms.

Only the location is nice - you’re in the heart of the old town. However, be aware that taxis don’t go to the hotel itself and drop/pick you up within a 5 min walk to the closest drivable street.

You can walk to the traditional neighborhood and very beautiful beaches in little time and back to your hotel for drink and listen to nice band; also you can go to the city center.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and because it was in the old town thought we would book again. We were very disappointed at the age of 74 and 70 we were not told that there was live music for the 11 days of our stay until 1 o’clock every night and then another hour of people chatting and laughing in the bar which was just below our room, I really think Booking.com should look into this and advise people about the very loud music.

Loud live music 7 days a week 8pm until 1am in bar just below rooms. Noise was awful until 2-3am when bar emptied out. It was not possible to sleep through it. No refrigerator in room when it stated there should have been. Rooms only cleaned and towels changed on request.

Location good breakfast non existent until after 10am and then no choice just one option of chips egg and sausage.

The room had a cockroach infestation. Every time we went into the bathroom we found and killed several. As we left, we reported it to reception who already knew about the problem despite not telling us when we checked in. I asked why we weren’t moved to a different room if they knew that there was a infestation, to which we were told it will be fixed in the future and given a wink. Very disappointing. There was loud live music until 1am every night. The music was nice…. But not if you want to sleep at a reasonable time to enjoy the next day. We were on the top floor and the music was still incredibly loud. Not what we were expecting when we booked. The was very very weak WiFi in our room. We couldn’t even load webpages to research what to do in the area so would have to go downstairs to the bar. The balcony lock was broken and the replacement was weak. It looked like it could very easily be forced open and not too difficult to get to.

Economy room is sooo small ( never tought it was actually inside an attic).. if it is made for short people, that's fine.. however, imagine a 160cm people (average) can only walk one third of the room area without getting head bump on the ceiling.. the size of the room is relatively OK.. but the height is a big no-no.. even inside the bathroom (if you look on the floor area, yes- a decent one but, because of the very low ceiling attic, it is a big NO 👎

The location of the hotel is the most strategic place in Kaleici area.

Great value for money and even the economy rooms are a great size. Nothing is too much for Ates and his staff. They are always around to answer your questions. We have stayed here twice now, and will definitely be staying again in the near future.

I loved the hospitality and how polite all the staff were. There was no elevator so they helped me with my bags. I loved my room it had a terrace, I was sitting there and enjoying the live band music. The band played untill 2-3 aa, I went to sleep at 2 am and it didn’t disturb me even though I’m a light sleeper. I had a problem with my credit card but they checked me in and I paid the next morning with no problems. The location of the hotel is ppeerrffeeeccctt. I was traveling with my friend so we loved the vibes of the hotel, I would not recommend it for families tho.
