Nice resort, Hasan from reception who works on customer relations is very good and is a credit to the hotel.

They promised an early check in but when we went in the morning the room wasn’t ready till 2, and gave us a 3 person room instead of 4 which I originally paid for but the hotel was full i did understand and they brought a spare foldable bed to us at the end. But other than that everything else was brilliant

The bartender at the roof bar is very unfriendly. The hygienist is not 5*. It’s 3* standard max, from the room to the dinning room The room maintenance is low, shower is dirty, bin is broken. We stayed 3 nights but the pool was closed for one day

Cocktail selection sometimes struggles for seating at main dinner time

We were really fortunate and were upgraded on arrival hotel room and pool were all very clean with good food. The main pool was very busy and we were fortunate to be at the private pool where the bar staff appeared more friendly. The food selection was great the drinks were watered down cocktails. Entertainment and slides were great. Make sure you book both ways for the transfer as it was much more expensive to book in the day at the hotel

Unable to pay for additional services, upgrades or trips by card. Breakfast below average, finishing of rooms could be improved. WiFi poor. Location not the best

Restaurant service could be better. Staff starts clearing the buffet spread 10-15 mins before closing time and most of the items are already finished and not topped up again. Hotel is spread on a small hill. There is a lift to reach the top but it's very slow and carries only 4 people at a time. Stairs suitable only for people who are very fit and healthy.

Room was clean, spacious and well maintained. All inclusive facilities in the hotel are superb and entertainment team takes care of keeping people busy with fun activities entire day. Orkaland water park is included in the hotel booking which was a plus.

Our first room had bad smell we have to stay there for 3 days which ruined trip.also first staff was not helpfull.struggle to communicate. I also fell down staff didnot show any empathy.

The weakest things was foods and beverages. It was not a single fresh coffee bureau Machin in the hotel and there were just old fashion ready made coffee machines in the hotel. Hotel infrastructure is a bit old. Sometimes sweets and fruits were not be fresh at the daily serving hours.( breakfast, lunch, dinner)

We have been so lucky that our chosen room gets upgraded, otherwise it could be a terrible holiday ever. Staff behaved very nicely. Facilities were minimal but fare enough to the price that we paid.

The wifi at the room was really bad. It was not possible to connect. Also, they assigned to us initially a room that was occupied and we had to wait for quite a while for another room. We got happy with the final room, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The bathroom was smelly and it was missing key and basic amenities for a 5 star hotel, such as shampoo. During the whole stay we never got the shampoo refilled.

I really enjoyed the view. We were fortunate we got a sea view room and at the first building as well. This means we didn't have much stairs to reach our room. This resort is located at a cliff and if you are assigned to a room at the top, you will have to rely on a elevator that may not work on rainy days. We never saw this elevator stopped, but we did not face any rain either. The drinks and food were delicious.

We loved everything about the hotel; the food is great, however it is important that once puts salt, pepper and other spices oneself.

The hotel is clean and the food and drinks are great. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included, as well as dance shows in the evenings. The main pool is large and there are planned activities such as water polo and gymnastics. The mini aqua park and its pool is amazing and we did all of the slides with our 3 kids. The hotel also has a separate big aqua park which is for free for hotel guests, including transfer with a mini bus which only takes 7 minutes. The aqua park is a must! The hotel is also close to Turkey’s best beach: the Blue Lagoon which is just 10 minutes away with a taxi (for just 10 Euro). The hotel does have a free service to the lagoon; however to the “wrong” side (brackish water) of the lagoon which is not as good as the salt water side of the lagoon.

The room was bad and the cleaning staff was not good at all. I needed to clean the room by myself. I think also with ppl going to visit this much they need to put some new furniture. Bed was so old and I gutted my leg with the corner several times. I mean who would have a bed with a sharp corners with a kiss it’s dangerous. I didn’t like the room at all and it was so dirty

One concern we have, there's shuttle buses to the beach and to the Water park, but only 2 times a day TO 10, 10.30 BACK 16, 16.30. Schedule it for once an hour, it would be much better (10 minutes drive one way). You can take a taxi around 7euro cash one way, nobody took my Uber requests. Also in the orka water park you cannot even bring a bottle of water.

We had a room in the lux building with dedicated swim pool. Really nice. Especially for couples. Food was 9/10. You could always find something for your taste. I would like to say thank you whole restaurant team and chef Ihsan. Funny guy in the good sense.

There is no waterpark. You get Free access and a shuttle which means you have to stay from 10:45 -1715. You have to pay for all food and drinks at the spot.
