Rooms weren't as expected/as shown in photos. The manager was very nice and did give us an explanation, and extended checkout free of charge, but we still feel rooms weren't as shown to us when booked, although the bedrooms were nice enough.

The Deluxe Spa room is in a separate building from the main hotel, note that it has no elevators. Wifi was not stable enough to stream Netflix when we wanted to but we managed to save one for offline viewing later. Pillows seem inconsistent, I had to look for one specifically that was not too hard and tall.

Big room, hot tub was in good working order. Breakfast was average but appreciated the option for eggs made fresh. Hotel was running a buffet dinner event, we didn't attend but the atmosphere by the pool was good. Pool area itself is quite nice.

Holiday makers were putting towels out at 7 o’clock every morning. After that time none would be available. These beds then stayed empty with just towels on until gone 12 .. sometimes even later. This was not fair on all the other hotel guests. The hotel staff should be monitoring this.

Location, swim up balcony, The cleaners made lots of special designs with our towels, this always made us smile every day, cleanliness, Spa facilities were exceptional, The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff.

We had an issue with first room, and the manger Ali Tunc Immediately took action and solved it professionally.

Everything was very good, the staff were all friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is very good and everything is close by.. And if you want to enjoy the holiday you should pass by the ocean blue travel that's outside the hotel to meet a guy called Emrah, he is the best in this town to book you the best excursions and he will make sure you enjoy everything and he will have the best rates for all tours.

The breakfast options were quite poor and the room was very very noisy (not soundproofed at all). The room we stayed in was very tired and needed alot of updating. The bathroom was covered in black mould when we arrived. The sunbeds were too crammed in with no space inbwtween them.

The staff in the pool bar and the housekeepers were very good. The location was excellent, very central.

Could have done with a bit of music by the two rear pools. Nice breakfast, but hot or warm plates would have been nice for the hot breakfast.

Location is spot on location for outside bars and restaurants. Had a great room by the smaller pool at the back of the hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyable Turkish night at the hotel.

Our room was poorly maintained with a door to the balcony which didn't close properly, a front door frame which was hanging off, a cracked glass pane on the balcony and a balcony which was less than half the size compared to the one next door. Breakfast was very basic and pot luck if you got what you ordered from the kitchen. Hotel doesn't have an iron- even to hire!

Staff were lovely and rooms were clean with great air conditioning. Pools were excellent

Asked for quiet room and got a road room near the noisey fair x Wasn't too bad most nights.

Friendly staff.Comfortable clean rooms but sometimes a bit noisy from the road.Trip man helped us book paragliding from a mountain, which was amazing. Great brekkie with the egg lady/man.Liked the bar near the pool x Great pool x Would definitely stay again.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 out of them did not have air conditioning, only electrical fans, which is a real issue in such warm and humid weather. Very poor wifi in our apartment, we were disconnected most of the time.

Very nice location, and a nice resort with different swimming pools (a swimming pool for each block).
