Upon arrival turns out that parking is available only at the nearby EsPark Mall 350 m away, other side of the roundabout. The guests must cross the tramway rails and some traffic with their luggages. The Parking lot claimed to be closed and guarded, but the gate is open day and night, no security at all. The rooms are quite dark due to the darkened windows. The "fresh" bed-linen had long hairs on it, and had to ask for hand-towels because they were not in the bathroom. Never came. Breakfast was OK, but a bit poor compared to other 4* hotels in Türkiye.

Great location, easy access to all POI. Good size room, friendly personnel. No vale parking is a plus, felt safer this way.

Not reachabld by car, you need to park to their parking spot 5 minutes walk. Check and ask for the parking directions beforehand.

Restaurant struggled to cater for us as vegetarians who don't eat pizza or pasta. They offered a plain salad with avocado which was helpful but lasklustre. Had also run out of white wine. Shame, as the breakfast chefs are so good.

Very close to the railway station and shops, large clean and comfortable room. Helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast.

Directions to parking. Traffic near hotel was also terrible took an hour to move a mile. Breakfast ran out fast and should have been topped up faster.

It seemed that hotel didn’t know that we were coming, when we came to check in. I booked a room with double bed and single bed, I have also requested an extra bed, but the room that we got was just a double bed. Staff had no problem in giving us an extra bed, but we were still one bed short 😄 As we were staying only one night and the double bed was really really big, we fitted.

The location was fantastic, well decorated room with extra large and comfortable bed.

The rooms are super comfortable, clean, the staff is really friendly. We were father and daughter and there was only one bed, we asked if we could change to a room with 2 beds and they gave is a room without any problems attached. Its in the middle of the center of Eskişehir and we loved our stay here. We are definitely coming back!

it wasn't clean enough. we asked them twice to clean the room dust and the bathroom no shampoo, no staffs available but after asking them they did well and everything was good. but we expect that no need to ask for that because the hotel was member of Radisson

Parking facilities, waited our car for quite long time when we needed due to a street market around the parking location and had a use a taxi in the end after the wait.

The room was very big and spacious. Temperature was well managed in the rooms.

Just a little observation, not a complaint, because it didn’t bother us much. We stayed for a few days and there was no proper cleaning during our stay. They just took our trash out, changed the towels and remade the bed with the same sheets. All the water stains in the bathroom remained with us till the very end :) also there was not any refill of used bathroom supplies.

Location is great. We had a car but the public transportation is great there too. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was great too. There are a lot of cafes nearby. The staff was helpful and kind.

Parking turned out to be quite a challenge as the roads in front of the hotel didn't allow car access due to the tram. Moreover, the reception staff only did the bare minimum to welcome us, leaving room for improvement in their hospitality.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, offering a delightful ambiance. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the mall and park, both within walking distance.

WiFi was very unreliable. When I called to ask if there's any problem with the wifi, they said it's usual when there are many guests using it.

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've got an arrangement with a nearby private parking parking called ParkPlus and it's free for hotel guests.
