Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaStaff should be more welcoming and should show interest in providing guidance and offering assistance. Parking is very small and cars should be close to each other increasing the risk of potential car dents or damage, location is good in the middle of the commercial area but also very close to bars where you won be able to sleep if you go to bed early.

IranGenerally dais , the elevator could be better . it was a bite tiny and also too slow . although Bing a 6 store building means that you wont spent a log time in an elevator ,yet it would have been nice if it was a little up to date
My wife and i have spent a couple of days at this place , to mention one of the things that i like to , i have to say the place was very clean . Bed , bathroom and room got cleaned regularly.

TurkeyI will definitely recommend the hotel if: 1. You are a big fan of sleeping at events a la Turkish wedding. Because, perhaps, just such an event will take place right in front of your room and no one will warn you about it 2. You like it when the hotel staff ignores you and prefers to pretend that you are invisible (takes calls / talks with colleagues / just keeps silent and looks through you at the moment when you state "words of admiration" about item 1). Be ready that they even cannot provide you any vase or glass to put flowers (Actually, I think that the hotel staff cannot solve any problem ever) 3. You like to walk on a dirty floor when all the garbage sticks to your feet, reminding you of the warm days when you ran barefoot on the beach. Thanks God, next day they've cleaned the floor. And also, it gives you a special pleasure to take a shower in the shower, which was cleaned last back in the days when Istanbul was called Constantinople. 4. You like to wash your face with cold water, because there is no hot water in the washbasin Unfortunately, I am a lover of a more traditional holidays, so it is important to me that the hotel (for which I paid, yes) gives me at least the opportunity to sleep at 23:00, without loud Turkish celebrations right in front of my room. And also when the hotel staff tries to solve the problem except with the words "wait another 10 minutes, they are already finishing" at 23:20, although they promised to finish exactly at 23:00. And after they finished, they still rattled the dishes that were cleaned after all the previous bacchanalia until 01:00. If you share my love for a quiet rest and a good night's sleep - avoid this hotel by all means

Location was good, sea was in walking distance, staff was very helpful.

GermanyWe stayed there for two nights and it was my second time staying at the Nobel Hotel. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the check-in and check-out especially if you want an invoice to be issued on your company’s name which is not always easy in Turkey. The location is in the city center: it is on the opposite side of a nice cafe and some small restaurants are nearby, where you can quickly grab something to eat. Would definitely stay there again.
