Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe Wifi seemed often weak in the room I was staying in.
The hotel is the best I've stayed in in Antalya. The room was very pleasant and cool. The staff at the hotel were all incredibly helpful and friendly. It was particularly nice to be given cold water when I arrived. Breakfast was very varied, and tasty. Also, the location was great for trams, taxis and just walking around Kaleici.

Ukrainethe only downside was the weak internet connection in our room (apparently, our room was far from the router).
Hotels can be very different, but this is one I would definitely return to. It's a cozy hotel with an excellent location in the historical center of the city, which gives it a special charm. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail—from the reception area to the inner garden, where it's nice to have breakfast or simply enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee. I’d like to mention that the breakfasts were good—we never went hungry. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel staff is very hospitable, attentive, and friendly. They are always ready to offer help or advice if needed—true professionals in their field.

KuwaitThe place is a hidden gem in the center of Antaliya downtown. All the attracti8ns are walking distance, the mall 15 minute walk through the bazar and the tram station 5 minutes away (takes you to the airport for only 33 tl) breakfast was simple and to the point. There was an available parking for a few cars. We loved the place, in the middle of cute historical part of the city.

RussiaStaying at The Ninova in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town (Kaleiçi) was nothing short of magical. I’ve visited Antalya many times before — stayed in different areas, from the beachside resorts to modern neighborhoods — but nothing compares to the experience of living right in the soul of the city. Kaleiçi is a place full of history, beauty, and energy, and staying at The Ninova allowed me to feel all of that on a deeply personal level. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is thoughtfully curated down to the finest details — every corner feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfasts? Delicious. Fresh, local, and beautifully served in a peaceful courtyard that made each morning feel special. More than just a place to sleep, The Ninova gave me a new perspective on Antalya — the rhythm of the Old Town, the scent of the sea in the morning, the sound of life echoing in narrow streets lined with history. It made me feel the city, not just see it. This stay reminded me why I fell in love with travel in the first place. Highly, deeply, and wholeheartedly recommended.

United KingdomLimited choice in breakfast.
The location with parking is why I booked this place, right in the heart of old town. Your car is allowed inside old town only if your hotel has a parking. Great garden with fruit trees, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Also, it is on a quiet street. Some streets in the old town can get loud with nightclubs. Moreover, the property has a touch with the history that you see in furnishing, walls and the decor all over the place.

RussiaEverything was perfect. Nothing to change or add.
Everything was perfect. We arrived at deep night, but there was a receptionist or owner waiting for us. Hotel itself is located in the heart of Antaliya, close to the main sites. Air conditioner worked properly, the room itself was spacious and have a great interior. Breakfast was served well. Inspite we were there just 1 day I have a feeling that next time we can stay with them for a couple days.

NetherlandsNinova is an authenthic and charming hotel with a very nice atmosphere. Very quiet as well, although it is situated right in the hart of the old town. We enjoyed the breakfast in the garden which is full of flowers and orange trees. The staff is very friendly. We booked one night and returned for two more nights at the end of our holidays. The value for money is excellent. Other, more expensive hotels cannot compete with Ninova!

United Kingdomjust by its nature (tiles and an old building around a courtyard) it can be noisy inside and flights do tend to arrive late in turkey it seems). single rooms are very small (I’ve stayed twice and both small) so sadly no chair fits in but there are lots of places around the common areas or sit/lounge if you need
the rooms are fairly basic but comfortable with everything provided. staff very helpful (& their English so much better than my Turkish). Turkish breakfast good and nice to have it in the garden at this time of year ( presumably it is in the breakfast room when it gets cooler). not too keen on the steps between breakfast room and tables but negotiable with care. location is great if you’re a public transport fan amd easy walking around the old town
