It’s the perfect beach house in the best neighborhood in Bodrum. The room is very clean and beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are amazing and special thanks to Murad for being such an amazing and kind host. See you next year !

Shower did flood and was a strong smell from the drains however was not a big issue and I could’ve told them about it but it didn’t bother me that much. Hotel staff were amazing.

Absolutely stunning hotel such a cute little spot so perfect if you want to switch off and lay by the sea. Felt very safe staying here alone would definitely come back if I needed a seaside break in the heat for a couple of days we did go out of season so it was super quiet.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable but nothing that was too bad.

The staff were extremely polite, professional and fast. It is a small hotel so they go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Breakfast is exceptional. Sea views are amazing. The lobby and beach strip are so relaxing in the evening. Sea Water is clean. It’s perfect if you want to relax.

Our room felt a little small for 3 people (we had 2 queen beds with not much room around it). The water draining in the bathroom was also very slow, so it made the bathroom not very comfortable to use.

A big perk of this hotel is the private deck we have that looks out into the sea - it was beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and the turkish breakfast in the morning was a highlight.

Rooms were clean, nicely designed, and very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the sea. The Turkish breakfast spread was excellent and served right by the water. We also ordered off the menu for a couple of meals from the restaurant and everything was super delicious.We spent some time at a friend's hotel (which was much more expensive) and we thought Lavinya's beach setup (lounge chairs, deck, umbrellas) was superior!

The location and setting of the hotel is very nice. The beach is beautiful and the hotel offers two piers for sunbathing. The hotel is situated very close to the town of Turkbuku and close by to local amenities. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Very helpful when needing taxi and late checkout etc. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Lavinya Otel is a perfect place to stay for a little getaway. The location was good, a 30-minute taxi ride from Bodrum, and plenty of places nearby to explore too. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the cocktails were outstanding! The hotel is on the beach; we could see the sea from our balcony, which is a beautiful way to wake up. The hotel has a floating deck where you can sunbathe during the day and dine at night if you choose. The sea is divine, so calm and crystal clear. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at Lavinya Otel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with our lack of Turkish! Murat and his team made for a memorable stay. Thank you!

Amazing location right alongside beach. Breakfast was fantastic! Wonderful staff and service. Airport transfer service was great and prices reasonable. Very safe location.

The hotel is a calm and beautiful oasis with various nice spots to relax and enjoy the warm breeze off the Aegean sea, from the terrace outside our room to the restaurant at the water's edge. The sea is invitingly clear and smooth for swimming and there are plenty of loungers on the wooden decks for taking the sun. The water was so transparent that we saw fish. We looked forward to the varied and tasty breakfast arrayed before us every morning and had many tasty lunches and dinners there too. (There's a very good patisserie nearby, along with a small supermarket, so it's easy to find something quick and light if desired.) The staff was very friendly and welcoming. On our last day, the family that own the hotel very kindly gave us some local pomegranate syrup to take with us back to Ireland so we could recreate our favourite dish from the restaurant. We had a most wonderful and relaxing week here and would love to return.

There is no services to the apartments. You dont get any water for free and they wont clean your room. We left the garbage in front of our door and it stayed there for 3 days. We paid €330 for 1 night its just too expensive for what you get. I would give a 8 if the price was like maximum €100

The room we had was advertised as "with a garden view". Instead, in front of our small terrace and a few flowers, we were looking at the parked cars in front of a wall. There was no privacy, despite "the garden view", so we kept our curtains closed at all times. The last day our air conditioner started leaking. The bathroom had a pretty bad smell due to the local issues in the pipes, not exactly the hotel's fault, but it made our stay quite less pleasing. All in all, our stay was not worth the price.

The location obviously is the best thing about the hotel. You get out of your room and in a couple of steps you're at the beach. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great, except for Sunday, when they could not keep up with the number of customers and things got late.
