Breakfast is "À la carte", but this information is not easily accessible. I was observing many guests searching for main meal among side dishes / salads. Breakfast menu, information upon arrival or other type of info could solve this.

This hotel is very nice. Interior is very interesting - each room and staircase is different. Staiing in different rooms is an attraction itself. Two terraces available for the guests. Staff is very nice, patient and helpful. They were very proactive once they knew my child's birthday was during the stay. They offered to buy a birthday cake, sang a "happy birthday" song and flexibly organised a camel safari as a suprise gift. Hotel has travel agency so it can offer attractions like camel / horse safari, etc. They inform you about attractions once you book a room or ask a question. Street parking is free but in case of many guests with cars it could be a challenge. Breakfast is tasty, many options of side dishes. Main dish is ordered by "À la carte" principle

Location was a bit far out for day trips

Our room wasn't very clean when we checked in. Maybe there was a wedding couple or something there before us because there was a lot of little confetti, party decorations and a couple of deflated balloons everywhere. Otherwise everything was great.

Very cozy and pleasant hotel in the small suburb of Nevshehir - Nar village. Comfortable room in rock style with all the necessary. We were pleasantly surprised for the jacuzzi bath in the room and the inner pool in the hotel itself. Hotel has quite a complex structure, lots of stairs and looks like a part of fairytale castle, it was really interesting to walk around it and look at different amazing things and designs. Very friendly staff who are ready to help you at any time. Breakfast is modest but it is enough to keep you from feeling hungry.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. It’s a beautiful room in the cave, very traditional. The pool and terrace were amazing too. The staff was very helpful and played an important role in helping us solving an issue with a tour agency.

The steep stairs. Not a problem for me but bit risky if you are travelling with toddlers. Keep an eye on them before hurting a nose. Also the breakfast spread could be developed. We had a lot of Turkish breakfast items but there were no meat or chicken! Though you can always ask for eggs of your choices.

Super amazing property, friendly staff. We got our own Hammam bath in our bathroom. The restaurant has great view and the terrace is amazing. The entire property is portrait friendly if you love taking selfies or making photofolios. They offer relaxing spa. Free Parking is available at streets. Away from the city chaos. Heating is great. Toilet has automatic bidet. On our way back a nice gent (forgot his name) helped us with luggage and gave my wife and daughter two nice little goodie bags.

Beautiful hotel with heated pool and great rooftop. The area has local restaurants and is less touristy than Groeme. A lot of the tours will pick you up from there as well. The rooms are each every different, try for an upper floor. Even though there are more stairs, they are quite interesting. The morning breakfast was freshly made with lots of variety.

The mini fridge inside the room was broken (although we specifically asked for a room with a (mini)fridge) and they couldn't do anything to repair or replace it. The shower was very uncomfortable and flooded the bathroom. The room has little daylight, as the window opens into a corridor, and it isn't quiet, as it communicates with a living room for all the guests of the hotel.

The only uncomfortable thing was spa or massage was not yet available and there were constructions going on which was little noisy during the day.

Was kinda far from goreme and no easy transport to go to goreme.

The property is beautiful with very nice and authentic deco. Loved it. The manager , Abuzer, was very helpful. He ordered for food and even arranged for a day tour for us. Such a kind and good guy.

My first trip to Nevşehir turned out to be the best, thanks to the hotel. First of all, many thanks to Bektaş. Thanks to him, our stay and impression of the city were excellent. We found ourselves in a situation where there was no cash for a taxi, they organized a transfer for us to all places, so we could be everywhere. Room: Insanely beautiful - aesthetes will love it for its design and comfort. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The bathroom is my special love. Hotel: Located 15 minutes from the national park, walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center. Breakfast: Very tasty! Every day the staff prepares something new, by the way, I tried the most delicious omelette with tomatoes here. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.
