- а faucet in the bathroom works but with efforts, it should be repaired or changed to a new one

- location is close to the historic center, about 20-30 min walk to Hagia Sofia - friendly and helpful staff - spacious and clean room - very good breakfast - good value for money

While I reached the property I found that i have two reservations of the same room in the same period (doublicated). I informed the property and they told me that i have to contact booking.com. I can understand that, however, i could not find a way to reach Booking.com. In fact, I did the second reservation immediately after the first one as i received a message from booking.com saying that the booking wasnt confirmed and asked me if i need to rebook the room. I answered yes for rebook and didnot realised that I made a doublicated reservation and payed twice the price until i arrived to the hotel. i hope booking will correct this mistake and refund me the money as i consumed only one room.

Clean room and hotel in general, although old. Helpful stuff. Decent Breakfest. good and not crowded location 7 mn from suleymane mosque.

Basic furnishings- outside noise

1- Economic hotel in Old City (Fatih). Blue Mosque is about 20 minutes walk. 2- They offer simple free breakfast with tea and instant coffee 3- staff are wonderful 4- plenty of restaurants nearby.

Too noisy. The street is very very noisy. It becomes quiet at 00:00 and noisy at 07:00 again. Also, not very clean, it is visible that the hotel is old. But not a big issue here. Also, door in our room didn’t close without a key.

Personnel was good, really appreciate the 24/7 reception. Breakfasts were good.

Everything was perfect but one couldn’t use A/C because water from it was leaking directly onto the floor causing minor flood after couple of minutes usage and hence inconvenience given the hot conditions outside

Central location, foot-access to the markets and public transport, helpful staff, special big thanks to the cleaning lady, who gave useful tips, good breakfast, 7-min walk to Süleymanie Camii, rooms are equipped with fridge and TV

Minor downsides were water pressure issues and sound isolation but they are expected at these type of old buildings.

Friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast, comfy beds... AC and wi-fi also worked great. Great value for money, would recommend, especially if you were on a budget

Poor sound isolation. Smell of fungus in the bathroom, but maybe it's a problem of all old buildings.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the Grand Bazar. Breakfast was very good, bread , salads, eggs, French toast, Turkish tea, and coffee.

Bed linen and towels should be replaced by new ones

What we appreciated is the cake, with beverages and flowers for my wife’s birthday. Mr Ayatollah was behind these presents. They also helped in moving our luggages to the taxi that they called for us. Also, in general the hotel stuff was very polite and helpful…Fouad

Breakfast was not so good.

It is a good location and affordable accommodation. The room was according to the pictures.

Food is nothing special, little selection. The room was different at the pictures and in the reality than we booked (family room for 5 people). Overall good experience for the money.

Great location-10min walk to grand bazaar, 15min to hagia sophia. Reception 24h open, frendly people. Very good rooms for that price, but 3 beds in one room is a bit crowded. Rooms are clean, we have gotten even new towels.

There is no lift here. If you have difficulty climbing or mobility issue , please be mindful.

The staff are very friendly especially Yasin. He helped us to book the transport and tours. Breakfast is nice too. The location is good , easy access to most attractions. It’s good value for the money.
