ItalyUnfortunately, the management was extremely disappointing. I had received a confirmation for a hot air balloon flight — the main reason for extending our stay — but on arrival I discovered that no booking had been made. The staff kindly tried to reorganize the flight for the following day, but it was cancelled due to bad weather. As a result, I completely missed the experience. The responsibility lies with the owner, Halil İbrahim Sağlam, whose lack of professionalism and poor management caused this situation.
Our stay at My Story Cave Hotel was made very pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff. The gentleman and the young man at the reception were always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us at any time. The lady who takes care of breakfast deserves a special mention for her warmth and attention, which made our mornings truly enjoyable. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip.

UkraineDescription said that free _private_ parking is possible on site which was not the case. And it is not the case for most of the hotels on in the "old town" area. There were free of charge parking spots in front of the hotel on the street (which we used with no problems).
Hotel in a picturesque spot under the Uchisar castle overlooking Pigeon Valley. Owners and stuff are very nice and helpful, very responsive to requests and gave us very useful local tips. Hotel is clean, comfortable beds. Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. We were upgraded to a better room because they've had a cancellation and we had a toddler (we stayed in the "cave room" first night which was also not a problem).

South AfricaMy Story Cave Hotel was exceptional for us. Our room was clean and smelled very nice. The location is also very good, almost in the middle of the town, which makes it easy to reach attractions like Uçhisar Castle by walking. A nice turkish breakfast was served. The staff was also very nice and accommodating and even stored our luggage for free when our departure time was later than the check out time. If you want to experience the magic of Uçhisar, My Story Cave Hotel is definitely the answer.
