A defining moment of our stay was our visit to the hotel’s signature restaurant, Arça (Eyüp – 10th Floor). While our first visit to Arça did not meet expectations, what followed was a textbook example of leadership, accountability, and world-class guest relations. Upon sharing our feedback, we received a thoughtful and sincere response from Ms. Hilal Çort, whose professionalism and emotional intelligence stood out. She not only acknowledged our concerns, but also ensured swift and transparent corrective actions, including three internal meetings and immediate improvements in service protocols. When we returned to Arça, we were warmly welcomed by Manager Mr. Ünal, whose elegance, presence, and leadership created an immediate sense of confidence and respect. There was no toilet brush in a bathroom and when I requested it they said they principally don’t have it. Quiet weird to me The location is a bit of a compromise - you can see a nice park across the road but to get there you have to walk along a busy road and at some point you have to move from the pavement to a carriageway with a baby trolley as the whole width of the pavement is occupied by a huge rubbish container

Great place to stay with a lovely view. Staff were great and very welcoming. The rooftop restaurant food was delicious and from the second day manager meets you as you are his personal guest and this is not the traditional istanbulian “hello my friend”

The receptionist told us we couldn't order food to the room, but perhaps it was a communication error because we saw others do so. There is almost little to nothing next to the hotel. Other than a gas station and a small convenience store, there was a hospital and that was it. Maybe we didn't walk far enough, but looking outside a taxi while passing by, there isn't anything within walking distance near the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with locations to walk to, this isn't for you.

The most memorable part of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It was wonderful. Apart from all the food, the drink selection was extremely wide and we had plenty to choose from. The eating area was nice as well, and the hotel was very lively during the morning. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and sufficient. There is a really wonderful lively park filled with people in front of the hotel.

While the stay was great, I found the prices for the facilities, food, and minibar to be quite expensive. It would be appreciated if these were more reasonably priced or offered at a discount for hotel guests — for example, IHG provides a 25% discount for their guests.

Everything was excellent — the location was perfect, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!
