How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The kitchen supply was very limited ( No Microwave and Toaster). The fridge was very small.
The entrance was good. The manager and staff was helpful.

The bathroom was too small. The bedroom had no window and the air conditioner in the bedroom was broken.
The location was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had the junior suite, which was at the top floor. Being next to the elevator makes this room very noisy. It also had so much light even at night as the ceiling of the room was glass and had a very thin/light colour blinds.
Very central location and extremely helpful personnel 👍 very clean as well

The suite was very nice but it looked bigger in the pics. Also it was a bit hot, even that the air conditioner wasn’t on. We were 2 couples, from the pics i thought the suite had 2 toilets, but it was only one.
The location was good, the view was beautiful. Overall, everything ok.

There was a problem with electricity a day backup generator also did t work after 1 day. Though this wasn't directly the fault of the hotel and they tried their best to get it fixed on priority. As compensation, they gave us 1 extra night for free along with allowing us to checkout late.

The toilet needs a remake. A bit old and dirty. The area is not too safe at late night, be careful with your belongs.
The apartment is so good, clean. The entrance of the building is so modern and well designed.

Great location. Cleanness and staffs are lovely. And totally it worth the booking rate. There was somthing wrong with air condition and “Ahmed” as a responsible staff did his best. He gave me many options like changing the room and bring me a fan. Totally worth a lot. Thanks

Top floor - we didn’t have a balcony, but to be honest there wasn’t not much of a view to look at.
Great location, easy access to all the hustle and bustle of the busy city. We left a little wallet in the room after check out with a couple of hundred pounds in and it was returned to us by the cleaner when we returned to collect our cases for departure.

Non availability of microwave oven as there is jo restaurant/ room service so oven should be there atleat at the reception if not in all the rooms....

First night's room (facing inside) was very small and not appropriate for 3 people - however after request, the room was changed for the rest of our stay. Parking is on the street in a location two blocks away.
Second room (facing the street) was very nicely furnished and good-sized, fitting 3 adults perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Staff was always attentive and tried to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, which included switching our room after one night. Location is close to Taksim square (and all options for transportation there) although it is a lively street and tends to be a bit noisy late at night.

AC doesn’t working, so it was hard to sleep during the night. Elevator is very small (max 3-4) tiny persons.
Location is great. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Beds are comfortable.
