On forth day of our stay, 3 out of 6 members of the family got food poisoned. The next morning I found at least 15 more people with the same symptoms in the resort. The hotel management advised us that it was a regional issue but personally I had reasons to disagree. Please do not expect too much of evening entertainments. Although, they maintain a repeated entertainment from YouTube for children.

I would say that the hotel staff are big plus. The location is good and it's within walking distance from the beach. The rooms were really clean.

i booked this stay as a present for my sister and her partner and they throughly enjoyed themseleves and would go again, beach is steps away food was amazing and staff bent over backwards to sort your needs

The location was not that good. It was far from city center. I did not like the food.

The Hotel was nice and clean . Swimming pool area was good the night shows were really good. There is a doctor available 24 hours a day. Staff always willing to help.

Territory of the hotel is small. Sometimes, there is no available table for lunch or dinner. You have to wait for someone to leave first. The fitness room was also equipped with old training machines, and most of them didn't function well. Furthermore, food was mostly repetitive and not as good as I wanted it to be.

It is located in a great place next to the sea. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was nice. Overall, it was ok for a 4-star hotel but pricewise expensive

There is very small space in the hotel, all animation in the area of the swimming pool. To find a not busy table for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a problem, you need to come in advance or later for that. The same thing with sunbeds around the pool, there are not many of them and they are always busy. Also if you are traveling with a car the parking is a huge problem, you should be extremely lucky to find a place. There is also only one light spot in the bathroom, and thus, it is very dark in the shower.

I didnt like the food. Several times i choose to eat either soup, or only some salads. I didnt like the location of the air-condition, directed on the bed. We slept with AC off! I didn't like the beach bar, only vending machine to self-serve yourself. And the sea shore is not the best. Fitness center is a joke

I liked the location beside the beach, and active streets just behind the hotel, and just 10 minutes by car or bus to the center. I liked the view from my room.The pools and the beach were nice. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I didnt like the room I had when I arrived so they gave us a new nice room that made a great change. Thanks to the girl receptionist. I didn't pay much, so I'm satisfied.

Had to eat mainly outside by the pool because there are only a few tables inside. It was not that warm. They allow smoking at the tables and you need to have the dinner with the smokers next to you. The rooms are quite old, little worn. Sometimes water was cold or had to wait for a long time to get hot water in the shower.

Really good service, friendly and helpful people at the reception. Quiet at night. Good breakfast with a great variety of food. Food quite good at dinner, many options. We had some special requests and they happily served us. Nice location near the beach and stores, bus stops near by. The heating and AC system worked well.

I like everything about it, but the thing is I like more great from this hotel specially for food and activities at night. It will be better. I didn't say it's bad but I wish to be better because I love this hotel.

Everything was great! Great Customer Service, great games and events organized by the hotel! A lot of great attractions were made ready by the hotel and they made sure the transport was sorted out from the hotel to the place of event and back. I can say a lot of great things but do not want to overload with information, visit this hotel and you will not regret your decision!!! Everything, from games and events to the area where the hotel was placed, around 3 minute trip to the beach. Nice area for shopping, bars and everything else. Myself and my friend both got food poisoning from the food here so even though we were all inclusive, we only ate here once during our whole week stay. This was very disappointing as we might as well have just paid for a room. The food wasn’t very good at all from what we did have - not much choice. The all inclusive didn’t include much alcohol either. We also had to keep asking for towels as they would only give us one for 3 of us.

Well, there are several things that we did not like at this hotel: - Unless you stay at your room, there is barely any area (e.g. lobby, restaurant, etc.) with proper ventilation and cooling. It was uncomfortably warm and unpleasant to sit in this areas. - I cannot rate this hotel as clean. The areas (rooms, corridors, restaurant, toilets, pool) require major cleaning. - Food choices are really poor. On top, the provided food is of low quality. We were a group of 13 people, and 5 of us got health issues (diarrhea, vomiting) with the food. - Some of the staff require better training. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay at this hotel. My recommendation to those who have already experienced staying at better resorts is to not trust the "stars" that some hotels have. I wish I had paid a bit more to stay at a proper place, rather than wasting my money (as I have done now).

The lady at reception kindly provided three rooms (out of 4) earlier than the normal check-in time. She also agreed to have a late check-out (2 hours extra) for one of our rooms.
