FinlandStaff both in reception and especially at breakfast were not very friendly. Barely spoke anything or said good morning, the opposite of what we are used to in turkey. Breakfast options also very limited, no juice and water from plastic cups, would think that the hotel had some environmental responsibility.

The facilities were absolutely top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. My room was modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. The common areas, including the lounge and fitness center, were immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every interaction was a delight. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests, big or small. Cleanliness was another standout aspect. The entire hotel, including my room, was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for their guests. Overall, MİYAS Hotel exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. United KingdomThe family room 108 wasnt 28m squared in the way I’d have liked it. I’d read other people mention the room size being too small and I thought they chose 28m squares and got it so shouldn’t complain however the room wasn’t so measured it. The room came in 2 sections The bedroom was 5.5m x 3m = 16.5m squared. The outdoor basement area was 3.5m x 3m = 10.5m The outdoor area was useless as there was a 6ft barrier with much space at the top and also a 2 foot gap at the end so no private, and there were smokers there so it smelled of smoke leaving us with a room size of 16.5m squared, WAY too small for 2 adults and a 9yr old. We had to out out suitcases on the single bed in the day and move them in the night. I wont be staying there again as the rooms are way too small however, if they got bigger rooms with measurements shown of the room, I would 100% stay there again as EVERYTHING else was exceptional!!
We were in room 108 The feel of the bed, the pillows, bedsheets were good. The WiFi was fast!. The breakfast was okay. The pool area was amazing! The service was 100%, not 99 but 100%!! The shower had constant hot water and had high flow.

ArmeniaWiFi is weak in rooms. Very tiny sink in the bathroom, the shower space is good. The chef is new and I missed the quality my avocado salad. But my son liked the chicken schnitzel. It was good. I didn't enjoy the beaches of Kemer in the high season - crowds of people.
Overall it was good. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfasts are really nice. Steffany is still my crush! She adds a lot of positive energy to the vibe of the hotel.

AustraliaGreat stay while walking the Lycian Way. Rooms very clean with rain shower and great air con (very hot in the summer) with kettle and herbal tea. The pool was wonderful as well as a delicious breakfast with many kinds of fresh fruit/veg and fresh omelettes and egg choice made to order.

The atmosphere of the hotel terrace was really beautiful, you can enjoy the sunshine and small green garden while eating your breakfast. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast, location and rooms were very good.
