Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room has exquisite taste in designs, very clean inside out and super comfortable bed. It was a pleasant stay and we have to say that Urgup was the right choice of town to stay in Cappadocia.

United Kingdomonly downside was that the bathroom didnt have a door to separate it from the bedroom, just a curtain. a sliding door would have been perfect.
The cave-like rooms were absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious and modern but still had the cave features which was nice. Breakfast was also really good - the honeycomb was amazing!! Staff were also really helpful

GermanyI had food poisoning in this Hotel after 3 hours I had the breakfast. And it was only food that I have eaten. I had nausea, fever and diarrhea. Next day, my husband checked the breakfast again and noticed the cheeses had fungus. (That s not the type of cheese which is supposed to have fungus.) We came to Turkey from Germany. Yesterday and today I am sick. My 2 days is just gone. Could not do anything other than being on my bed. I have talked to the waiters and kitchen Chef. They accepted the cheese was spoiled. When I talked to the hotel manager she said there is nothing wrong with cheese. They told me that I need a doctor report to initiate refund process via Booking.com. They obviously made a mistake but instead of beeing supportive the hotel manager was just fighting with us. I had a horrible stay here.
The room was comfortable eventhough it was not the cave room I have picked from Booking.com. The staff was helpful, carried all of our luggages to our room.
