Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThere was a cigarette smell all over the room almost impossible tho get rid of even after having the window open for quite a while. For breakfast, you got a prepared plate (cheese, olives, tomato, cucumber, salami, butter, honey, marmelade) taken out of fridge, prepared ahead, so it’s a bit shame there’s not a buffet if you don’t eat some of the things but would like to get more of others instead. You can take çay, make nescaffe and have as much bread as you want. So again, definitely sufficient but don’t expect much. 😄
Location is very nice, close to the bazaar and a few cosy cafes nearby. Nice and friendly staff, but we didn’t have much interaction with them. The value for money is good, you’re booking a 2-star hotel so you can’t expect much. The bathroom was old but clean.
