Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

First of all, the hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Although it is on the main street, we were not disturbed by any noise from outside. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport

Excelent reception staf, quite polite and helpfull. Our upgrated room (suite 602) was very well decorated, spacious and clean. The veranda had a great view to the city and breakfast was very satisfactory for us.

GreeceIt is not the first time we are staying in Mia Hotel. Once again we enjoyed our stay. It is lovely to see that the quality of the hotel is still 10/10 as it was the first time we stayed here years ago. Polite staff, rich breakfast, good internet connection. The room was lovely. They upgraded our stay to a suite and they made us feel as visiting our best friend's home. Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back again and again.
