Nothing, it was really lovely. Only thing is the road leading to hotel, full of potholes so very bumpy but once you get passed that, its definitely worth it.

Absolutely beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to airport early in the morning. I chose this hotel due to it having the gardens and it did not disappoint. So lovely to be surrounded by greenery. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I was on my own and I got an upgrade. The room was lovely and spacious. Restaurant had a good range of food.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. It was not important for me, but in using the TV once there were quite a few TV stations that were not accessible. On the other hand, the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube and other apps.

The entire hotel staff was very helpful. I want to mention Semsettin in particular, he helped me to print out an electronic visa and was very patient and friendly and capable. The breakfast was delicious, in a pleasant room (with both indoor and outdoor seating options) beside near the hotel lobby.

Although not their fault the street to the hotel needs to be fixed

The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough. The short distance to the airport was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. A highlight of our stay was the friendly and attentive crew who demonstrated a high standard of hospitality. In particular Sems, Erkan and Derman who made our stay a positive experience.

The only thing I did not quite like was the lighting in the room. Too dim.

Just about everything. But the main treasure of this hotel is the staff! Ercan, Cemal and other people whose names I didn’t get to know - huge thanks for your hospitality and excellent service. The location was good for my purpose, nothing much to see around the hotel but close to the airport.

Everything!!!!! Outstanding hospitality and service. Pristinely clean. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, high quality linen and comforter. Large room, suite style, with separate bedroom. Very tasty breakfast, excellent service. Special thanks to Cemal who made my departure smooth and pleasant, and Hamza who made my breakfast a very special experience. Will stay there again.

The location is only 10 minutes away from Istanbul Airport and they have a VIP transfer to the airport Mr. Bairam and Volcan were so nice and they explained everything about the room and the facilities and their checkin process was simple. For those who were complaining about the marriage certificate, I asked them and they said that this certificate is only required for Turkish citizens or a Turkish man or woman married to other nationals
