The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and it was very dark. No window but this is pretty common in many hotels.

The excellent location with a great view and the very nice staff. Friendly and kind. Breakfast was very good.

A few things needed a small amount of maintenance, such as a missing leaf of the shower door.

Melrose View Pamukkale was a very nice hotel. Rooms were of a good size as was the bathroom, hot water was great. There was a large breakfast each day. It was a good location to walk to the town entrance of calcium carbonate pools. Enjoyed the two different restaurant's we used in the township itself.

Our room was a bit smelly, but with the window open a fresh breeze cleans it out.

Excellent location just a quick walk from everything Pamukkale has to offer. The view from our room of the travertines was excellent to wake up to, and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect. They helped us schedule the hot air balloon excursion. I needed access to a fridge and freezer for my kids ice packs and milk and they were kind and allowed me to store them in their fridge and freezer as the rooms don’t have them. The breakfast spread was also delicious.

You can only pay by cash. The bathroom needs some refurbishment, especially the roof. Toilette flush was not perfect

The property is 5 minutes driving from hierapolis and the pools. It has parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good. There is a pool you can use until late. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Friendly staff and great location. Wonderful breakfast and very clean. Loved the bakery close by and loaded up with road snacks.

While the breakfast was free, they bring out set dishes and a lot was wasted because there was just a little too much for 2 people. Also, the bathroom sink was left a little unclean unfortunately but nothing we couldn't clean ourselves.

For a short stay, it was good for what we needed - close to the local bus, close to restaurants, close to the sites. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and lovely to deal with.
