Well it's quite a cheap hotel so decor wise was slightly outdated.

The staff were super friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.It's very close to Heiropolis and the pools. I liked the swimming pool as well

Pamukkale is very touristy, so it was so nice to be in a hotel just a short walk from the attractions and away from the extreme business. Perfect small family run hotel. Owner and her daughter spoke perfect English and were so helpful in giving us some advice for the next day. This was the best breakfast we had in Turkey - so much food and variety - it is impossible to be hungry after this. Super Pool area and everything very well maintained. Loved having a balcony on our room to dry our swimming clothes and it also had an amazing view of the valley. Unlike other city hotels, this room has so much space and a huge bed. Best of all - so quiet. Could hardly heard the mosque pray times, which is very unusual in Turkey. Absolutely the best place to stay in Pamukkale.

No restaurant which we thought it had. No fridge in the room. Not sound proof so you could hear other guests in their rooms and through the hallways.

The staff we ran into following our check - in and in the morning were not friendly at all.

It was a lovely hotel and the receptionist we met when we checked in was wonderful and ready to help and give us advice. We all stayed in one big room that had enough beds to accommodate all 5 of us which was great for a short stay.

Not enough seats/beds around pool area.

Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin. The standout is the immense Turkish breakfast, especially the gozlëme and olives.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The hotel is nice, with a beautiful swimming pool and clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing, the best we have had so far in Turkey.The staff was great and friendly; the girl at the reception gave us very good advice to visit the archeological site, she answered all the questions we had, and let us use the swimming pool and stop in the garden even after two hours from the check out, while we waited for our bus.That was very appreciated! We really felt like home.

The absence of an elevator can make things a little complicated with large pieces of luggage

A great spot to base yourself to see the sites in Pammukkale. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is great.Thr pool is a great place to relax and cool off in between site seeing.

Bathroom needs an update

We really enjoyed our stay at Melrose House. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxed vibe. Our room was quite spacious and clean, which we appreciated after a long travel day. The pool area is also surprisingly large and perfect to cool off in the afternoon. The only downside was the bathroom – it felt a bit outdated and could use a renovation to match the rest of the hotel’s quality. Still, overall a great value for money and a solid base to explore Pamukkale!

Beautiful hotel with gracious host, tasty breakfast, and easy street parking. Very close to the Tavertines/Hierapolis Ancient City and about an hour drive from Aphrodisias Ancient City, making it easy to act as a home base for exploring the area.

Downstairs rooms smelt of sewerage, but when we were moved upstairs it was good. The first room the air con didn't heat the room at all and the shower was tepid.

Only instant coffee at breakfast, person who checked us in wasn't particularly friendly (however other staff in the morning were), bedrooms are a bit tired looking and there are lamps which don't work, WiFi was patchy, no fridge in the room

Good budget accommodation, Decent breakfast, good value for money, great location for the terraces, only stayed 1 night so we didn't use the pool, parking felt safe but it was off street parking, friendly cats and dogs!
