First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. What’s interesting is that when you walk up to the building, the hotel has such a boutique feel with its beautiful façade. It almost feels like you’re staying in a mini castle. The atmosphere is lovely, everything inside is spotless, with cleaning happening constantly so every guest walks into what feels like a brand-new space. And the unique part is that the hotel itself is very new. They opened less than six months ago, so every room is perfectly clean and in top condition. Seymur and Ediz are the best managers in the world! I have never experienced such genuine hospitality, warmth, and willingness to help a guest. This was my second time in this hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Istanbul. The location is great, right at the heart of the Istanbul near by most popular sights. Front desk is VERY attentive, unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the staff, but they are all very friendly and helpful! The service at this hotel is top notch! Rooms are spacious, clean. The bed was probably one of the comfiest beds ever! We stayed in the room with personal hammam, and it was a great bonus during our stay!

Just the restaurant on the opposite side is a little noisy, it's not the worst but you need to be able to handle that.

The people on and around the shelter were wonderful, helpful and always in a good mood. The stay was the best of my seven in Istanbul and i can promise to come back, InShaaaAllah

Excellent service. Very supportive and super customer oriented hotel. Aroma of the room and the hall were exceptional. Service staff - Mr Ekrem and the reception crew throughtout the stay were very kind, namely Mr Seymur and Mr Fuat. Location of the stay should be highlighted, right next to blue mosque and Hagia sophia.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Flexible and allowed for early check in for us. The rooms were very clean and ascetically pleasing to the eye. Everyone who worked there was friendly and very helpful. We had their dbreakfast buffets and dinner once and the experience was extraordinary! Beautiful views at the terrace for meals and every meal delicious. Even the hosting there at mealtime was exceptional. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.
