Quality of the breakfasts bit below expectation

The building is excellent. Great views, excellent rooms with broad and spacious rooms. Comfy bed with two set of pillows to make sure you find your perfect match

The spa could do with some maintenance for sure. The showers in the changing room are coming away from the ceiling and the whole place feels it needs some upgrades

Narrow range of food for breakfast (even compared to lower category hotels), jacuzzi (broken several water pumps, cold water), small fitness center, strange requirements (wear sport shoes in gym, forbidden to appear in dressing gown in breakfast area, broken cooling system (air conditioning), staff is not aware of some basic things - how to confirm the booking on Booking.com, invoices are low quality and easy to copy.

Free upgrade to better rooms, the rooms themselves (equipment, size, window view, bathroom, bed, TV etc.), overall hotel appearance, quality of most of facilities, wide package of free services, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam room, breakfast included, fair price.

The windows were drafty — the wind came through even though they were shut. Breakfast could have been much better; something was always missing. One morning, they ran out of hot water, so I couldn’t make myself a tea, and it took them forever to bring more — which they never did in the end. On a positive note, the staff were super nice and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeping guy, Irfan — he was awesome!

The breakfast could have been a little better, especially the cooked dishes section which lacked variety and its quality was standard but not exceptional

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was served in a poorly maintained room, I found myself having to clear the table because the waiters were not there. Abundant breakfast but not much quality. In general the service is a flaw in this hotel, in particular the one at the top floor bar is poor. The room had a window that didn't open as the handle was broken, safe with exhausted batteries.

Large room (613), huge bathroom, very comfortable bed (a little less the pillows). Very impressive structure with truly remarkable wellness center and swimming pool.

The place was a little old.

Staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and gave much needed advice on how to get from one place to another. Appreciated that.

Couldn’t find any information in the room about the facilities/treatments/restaurants - but we were given an overview at reception.

I loved everything but I have some Suggestions: - before the stay hotel staff forward the conversation from booking to email (which is ok, but at some point they stopped replying. I have requested the transfer and never got a reply) - I was travelling on my Birthday and would have expected a compliment from the hotel like Marriott (details are important) - Music in the roof bar doesn’t make any sense and ruins the atmosphere inside - Dirty windows which ruin amazing view from the hotel rooms and terraces

Staff is amazing and flexible, my room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise Spa and gym: everything is completely new and really clean I had a chance to do also deep tissue massage and it was just fabulous. Food is good

Towards the end of the trip, there were no complementary waters given and the coffee mugs were not cleaned and replaced.

The gym, food, comfort, and outdoor pool area was brilliant and kept to a top standard.

the location is not perfect, to reach the hotel your should do alot of rounds, but its fine.

Jacuzzi and Indoor Pool were cold, not warm enough especially in this weather.

Staff were very friendly and were able to speak English properly which helped a lot. Room was good size, bath hub was clean and good size, spacious bathroom and shower area. Bed was very comfortable.

I had to stay at pendik due to work. However, if you are coming for pleasure, this location is far away from attractions.

The hotel overall is excellent, and the staff are welcoming
