Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelarusNarrow range of food for breakfast (even compared to lower category hotels), jacuzzi (broken several water pumps, cold water), small fitness center, strange requirements (wear sport shoes in gym, forbidden to appear in dressing gown in breakfast area, broken cooling system (air conditioning), staff is not aware of some basic things - how to confirm the booking on Booking.com, invoices are low quality and easy to copy.
Free upgrade to better rooms, the rooms themselves (equipment, size, window view, bathroom, bed, TV etc.), overall hotel appearance, quality of most of facilities, wide package of free services, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam room, breakfast included, fair price.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe windows were drafty — the wind came through even though they were shut. Breakfast could have been much better; something was always missing. One morning, they ran out of hot water, so I couldn’t make myself a tea, and it took them forever to bring more — which they never did in the end. On a positive note, the staff were super nice and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeping guy, Irfan — he was awesome!

ItalyThe hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was served in a poorly maintained room, I found myself having to clear the table because the waiters were not there. Abundant breakfast but not much quality. In general the service is a flaw in this hotel, in particular the one at the top floor bar is poor. The room had a window that didn't open as the handle was broken, safe with exhausted batteries.
Large room (613), huge bathroom, very comfortable bed (a little less the pillows). Very impressive structure with truly remarkable wellness center and swimming pool.

ItalyI loved everything but I have some Suggestions: - before the stay hotel staff forward the conversation from booking to email (which is ok, but at some point they stopped replying. I have requested the transfer and never got a reply) - I was travelling on my Birthday and would have expected a compliment from the hotel like Marriott (details are important) - Music in the roof bar doesn’t make any sense and ruins the atmosphere inside - Dirty windows which ruin amazing view from the hotel rooms and terraces
Staff is amazing and flexible, my room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise Spa and gym: everything is completely new and really clean I had a chance to do also deep tissue massage and it was just fabulous. Food is good
