Excellent location and very clean room. The kettle, fridge and aircon were all very helpful. Staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in late from our flight (about midnight). Just 7 minutes walk from the bus to Istanbul airport. Also Margo the cat is very sweet. Thoroughly recommended!

I didn’t love the bathroom/wetroom, as when you’ve had a shower, the toilet and everything is wet. However, this seems to be very common in Turkey so it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

This is such a gem in an amazing location, for a great price. The owner is so helpful and considerate, the room has got everything you need, and it was definitely luxurious for us. It’s great the room has a kettle, with tea and coffee provided by the hotel. It is truly a lovely place to come back to after a busy day exploring Istanbul. 100% recommend.

The toilet was clean, but there was no railing to hang one's bath towel or hook to hang clothes. But that was a very small blip and the only reason i did not give an excellent to the facilities.

The location was the best part of this bed and breakfast, it was walking distance from the bazaar, Sophia H, Blue Mosque. Incredibly located!! Then the host Shaban was amazing, kind, supportive, informative. This works really like a service apt, so don't go in expecting round the clock service. The staff were great when they were present in the morning. The room was charming with a nice view of the sea.

The bathroom is a bit small. The floor is thin. You can hear people above you walking.

The location is great! The bed is really comfortable. When you open the door you can hear the bird chirping. The laundry service is handy and good price. Friendly service!

For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but if your knees are not what they used to be, get room on ground floor as the steps are narrow and steep.

It was a lovely, cozy and comfortable place. Breathtaking views of sunset at the coast of sea of Marmarah, stone’s throw away from Sultanahmet mosque, Topkapi and Hagia Sophia. The owner and his cat were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cat … oh she wouldn’t let me through late one night before getting belly rubs and head scratches.

Marmara House & Apartments was an amazing option for us, since is so well located in the heart of Istanbul, 5-10min. by foot to the most important tourist attractions like Hagya Sophia or Blue Mosque, so close to thousands of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and also with good public transportation connections. The flat is very clean, equiped with more than you might need for a couple of days staying there. The hospitality of the owners is at highest standards possible, we had a really nice communication with them before and during our stay. The price was also more than great. Those being said, we strongly recommend other guests to stay here! Thank you so much again and hopefully we can meet each other again very soon! 10 stars+ for both the host and the flat. :-)

In one room what we got, there was weak lighting.

We were warm welcomed. Accomodation is located near to main attraction and to the coast as well. The rooms were super clean, you can get tasty breakfast, use local hospitality and gain local atmosphere.
