When I have opened the window for a while, I realized that a cat was sleeping on the bed.

The apartment was neglected, in the pictures it looks clean and well-kept, but on the spot it was noticeable how dirty, dusty and sticky with grease it was. I really hope when they accommodate other people they take care of their comfort because in this price we pay for that too. It would be nice if they replaced the furniture, mattresses and cleaned the entire bathroom.Because it was all covered in mold and rust.We had to clean ourselves before we checked in and we were promised that cleaning staff would be called before that. There was a washing machine, but there was nowhere to hang your laundry. There were air conditioners, but they didn't work. There was also a heating system, but it didn't work either.

The place was quiet and peaceful, in a good location, close to almost everything. There was a good attitude from the staff who accommodated us in the apartment.

I stayed for 6 days. While the location was great, there were several issues with the room. There was no hot water during my entire stay, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The windows and doors didn’t close properly, and the door and furniture were quite old. The drying rack for clothes didn’t function well, and there was a lot of moisture and dampness in the room. Overall, the condition of the room could be much better with some maintenance and updates

The location was excellent – very close to (T6), which made getting around the city super easy. The price for the stay was very reasonable and affordable. There were plenty of markets and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it felt like a safe and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others

Very great people! We’re so thankful for the help! We got in a bad situation with no money and no food on Saturday evening when everything was closed, and landlord and their stuff let us live for couple days till money transfer companies will be opened, they gave us food and took care of us 🙏 Very pleasant people and good apartment, great location in a very quiet and cozy area of Fatih Thank you very much 🙏

An absolute scam! Actual property different to what’s in the pictures. Owner forced us to book taxi via him as we were arriving late (frustrating because a) he didn’t reply to any messages right upto arrival date b) booking info said keys to be collected from a nearby property c) once we booked the taxi he sent me a picture of the place he left the keys above window one the ledge of outside window which means it was only a trick to get us book a taxi. Shower drain blocked, hardly any utensils in the kitchen, balcony doors in the kitchen and bedroom doesn’t lock due to break-in.

Clean warm and cosy place with Sultanahmet park in a walking distance.

Management was not good, they were mixing guest names and checking for payments over and over again. It was not convenient to pay on other address than apartment address.

when I was given the key it was a different apartment than the one I booked. I accepted because it was 11pm and I had no choice. The apartment was dirty, unkempt, dirty walls, horrible bathroom, broken furniture. I left 2 days early because I couldn't take it anymore.

We had to wait for quite a lot of time in order to pick up the key. The apartment was quite big but not clean at all.

Host wasn't attenttive. No toilet paper, cutlery for 8 people, not enough glasses. TV's didn't work. Hair dryers were dangerous to use. No towels. No dish towels or washing up soap. Host insisted on cash with no receipt. Bathrooms weren't clean.

It was dirty, the tv did not work properly, the stairs (no rail on spiral stair case, luckily we had backpacks as wouldn’t be suitable for people with large suitcases), check in was hard to find as you had to check in at Walk About office and then walk for another 10 minutes to the apartment but there was nothing to indicate this on the booking, chairs in the apartment were broken
