The smell at the corridor, stale cigarette smoke. It was not good. Air conditioning unit was new but was working under performance. There weren't enough blankets/covers for 3 persons.

Staff was communicating and polite. They made our stay more comfortable with being flexible and accommodating. We made a last-minute booking, and they were helpful. Shower was the best part of the room; multiple shower head options, fast and well pressured hot water, all kind of toiletries.

The room we were offered upon check-in had a downright dirty floor. The jacuzzi bath leaked heavily, and the sauna, for which the room was booked, wouldn't turn on. In addition, the air conditioner started leaking after a couple of days. After my second complaint, a technician (?) came to the room, touched the stones in the sauna and said that it would start heating in an hour, which, of course, didn't happen. Moving stones doesn't turn on the electrical appliances. In the end, we were given another room. The new room had no pillows, the air conditioner also leaked and the lighting was partially out,, but the jacuzzi did not leak, and the sauna worked immediately after turning it on, and not after an hour. Pillows were delivered shortly. One more thing: there's no fridge in the rooms. It's only a small mini bar that can be used only for cooling drinks.

Convenient location. All city attractions, main grocery chains and railway station are within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I did not use the room cleaning service and towel change as my stay was short. However, this was offered daily. Very good continental breakfast with a rich selection of traditional foods including desserts.

The street itself and the immediate area did not feel very safe, and I would not stay there again. Also, unfortunately, I had some frustrations with the front desk staff on a few different topics, probably due to language issues, and one of the staff was not very nice about the situation. The wifi was ok, but there was no written information on how to connect, so I had to go back and forth with reception to get the password. Also, the spa is totally separate from the hotel, and I never got to use it because making an appointment was a big hassle. When I checked in, the front desk person told me just to go downstairs when the spa was open the next day to make an appointment, but when I did that, the person running the spa acted like me showing up was totally inappropriate. If this hotel wants to have guests from other countries, I highly suggest providing more information about the rules, the spa, the wifi, and the neighborhood. This information should be in written form and should either be in the room or given to guests when they check in.

The room was comfortable and clean, with an AC that worked well, and the cleaning and dining staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many good options, with fresh, tasty vegetables. The location is close to the historic section, a big park, the train, and shuttles for the bus station.

The a/c doesn’t work well, the indoor swimming is closed, it smell tobacco a bit. The sauna was not included in the apartment.

On arrival, one of the two rooms we had booked smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. After trying two different rooms, we found one that was acceptable. The receptionists were very helpful with this.

The rooms were a little too small. Especially the twin rooms as the two beds just filled the whole room.

It was close to all the transports bus train anything. And close to many restaurants . The breakfast was decent and lots of variety to choose.

I was on the second floor with a room not on the street, but it was quite dark as there is a hug building directly opposite the windows and it is also where all the air conditioning is so it is a bit noisy. But no problem sleeping!

I really like the staff. Frankly I was a long time I did not meet a friendly service in the evening (or even the night as I came arroung 1am) and in the morning when I check out. The breakfast was above my expectations and the coffee machine was excellent. It was a good start to the day.

Even though location is considered as a centre, but surroundings weren’t nice. An elevator didn’t work, and it couldn’t be fixed for 4 days of our stay. Breakfast was ok.

Location, helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious room. Was quite unsure before arrival, because a lot of people was saying that they had problems with shower and unbearable smell of cigarettes. Indeed it was a bit smell, at bathrooms everything was working condition, not perfectly clean, but manageable.

Every thing was good but the rate was a little bit pricey . However it was a good value for money . Advertising the sauna and Hamam as one of the hotel facilities although they were paid services .

Reception Staff : Friendly and cooperated staff especially Hatice hanim who is very cooperative and professional . Cleaning Staff: Made a great efforts in cleaning and providing supplies on daily basis , especially Havva hanim. bed sheets and towels are cleaned every day in external laundry . Breakfast buffet: lots of good quality and varieties of foods and drinks . Location: very convenience location close to attractive places and public transportation. Facilites : all are well established and maintained although the hotel is not new building . WiFI was stable and excellent .

The room has a window to nowhere and always needs to turn on the light. Unfortunately Breakfast was far from good and really needs consideration.

The hotel is good. The only thing that bothered me was that the curtains in the rooms were very light, allowing light to pass into the room and causing trouble sleeping. The receptionist, hatice, was very good and very elegant in her dealings. She explained to me all the things that were asked about very clearly. Many thanks to her.
