Its old. Towels and bed sheets were dirty( i checked in earlier so may be they didnt have time to change) but they changed it right away. hotel is old so are facilities. - besides that the room was clean itself. And everything was functioning

Location. staff very helpful and friendly. Freedom . You can have fun with your friends sit . Speak at the entrac. They also have pool on the top ( i have not used but they have) manager and staff were amazing 😊they Also let me early check in and upgraded my room to the one with balcony for free.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. John is a gentleman, and Michael was very helpful. The hotel was central to everything. I loved the Turkish decor. We had a great experience my family loved it.

They packed up the breakfast half hour early , so I had to keep asking staff to bring what I wanted back out - haha. Sorry!

Staff are fantastic. Rooftop pool was nice Room was CRAZY decorated - like the hotel itself. LOVED IT! Good for couples singles but maybe not families with kids. This hotel is more adult focused.

When we checked-in no one communicated that we had to leave our key at the front desk and request for a room clean. As an FYI for future bookers.

This place sure had its own personality! Kan was amazing, he made our stay so wonderful. After hot beach days we enjoyed cooling off at the rooftop pool. Mattresses and pillows were also very comfy.

A bit old and less modern feel. Bathroom, furniture, fittings, finishing could make the place a lot better.

Shower too scalding hot or cold no in between. Holes in shower wall. Eggs too hard boiled. Very little options for breakfast.

The shower would not mix hot and cold water so had to have cold showers. Repairs needed around shower as gaping holes. Not much breakfast choice. Eggs over boiled/rock hard. No gluten free options.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal and very close to Marina and the shopping. Overall it was very satisfactory and of course the value for price charged.

Having the kettle in the room would have been nice to make Tea/coffee. The pool, the restaurant and the terrace were under renovation. But I guess it will be great when its ready.

I liked the space that my triples room provides, with an excellent balcony. Breakfast was quite decent and we had access to the kitchenette to make a small meal or Tea. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby with 2 supermarkets and 2 vegetable shops too. Walking distance to the seafront. Check-in was very smooth and so was check-out even though at 4am. They have an actually working 24 hr reception.

Excellent breakfast. And both Cun and Presna was very helpful and accommodating. Made us left like home. Enjoyed the stay there. Evening free live band was amazing with the neighborhood friendly guy singing.

I somehow understood that they have private parking but the don't. Parked on the street and got some scratches on our rental. Just FYI :) Bathroom was...let's say "tired". Haven't seen so much silicone ever berfore :D

Review of Marco Paşa Konağı It is a well-located hotel. The staff is incredibly kind, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The price-to-quality ratio is good. At the reception, I was assisted by Can, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. He added personal touch to the experience.

where to start ....its so dirty starting with the bathroom and towels that had something black on them hotel looks old and needs more care and cleaning regular

The house cleaning was not up to standard practise I had to ask several days in row for my room to be cleaned and fresh towels and toilet paper . Internet kept going on and off no WiFi for few days

It wasn't clean, I found it wasn't really cleaned up before we arrived, and the floor was dirty. Same with the shower and the bat altogether, towels smelled, a few friends even had worse things in their rooms..the pool wss also not so clean...

I guess the staff, was responsive, not the best but, you would laugh a bit and all that, but they were unprofessional too.

Cons: Poor Cleanliness & Hygiene: No cleaning during stay, and the towels were extremely dirty. When we requested replacements twice in a row, those were also dirty. Faulty/Missing Facilities: Unstable toilet, non-functional bathroom ventilation, old and broken furniture. The power went out two times, and there was no backup generator. The pool was very dirty. Disappointing Breakfast: Poor quality, limited options. Lack of Essentials: Kettle provided, but no cups or glasses. Noise: Very thin walls, could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Exorbitant Bar Prices: Four times more expensive than normal, and prices weren't displayed. Room Discrepancy: We booked a 3-person room but were given a 2-person room. They offered another room of the same size with a small extra bed, which we refused. Non-existent Wi-Fi. Wifi was present only in the lobby, on ground floor, no room has wifi. No Parking. The actual advertised parking is a public parking, on the street. Hotel has no separate parking. If you plan on viaiting other cities, while staying here, keep this in mind, you can arrive in the evening and circle around the block for several timea to actually find a parking space somewhere Conclusion: While the location and comfortable bed were positives, major issues with cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and service significantly detracted from the overall experience. This place urgently needs renovation and significant improvements.

Pros: Great Location: Very close to the city center. Comfortable Bed: One of the few positive aspects.

We had a very nice stay. Mikhael was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Good breakfast spread.
