Location is excellent, beautiful private beach, rooms are comfortable, daily cleaning, food is good, staff very friendly and helpful, great value for money.

Taking into account that this is a 2-3 star hotel, do not expect anything over that rate, for a 3 star hotel it is a good choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. One of the highlights was the direct access to the beach, complete with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The location is easily connected to Bodrum and Bitez via a public transport minibus. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed.

The staff at Manuela is great, very attentive, kind and open. Bitez Beach was quiet and beautiful, as we expected for a family hollyday.

We we're expecting the facilities to be more confortotable, for the price we paid. We had small issues with the toilet and the shower, and accommodations we're simples, although comfortable.

Location. was Great. Friendly personel: MGR Ersun, lady at the bar serving rice and meat, the bartender and server Samet, young lady at reception. The rest of the hotel workers did not say good morning, hi. Some even totally ignored you when passing by.

Had to pay xtra for kids 6 and 8 old although with had mentioned them with booking.com. Had a single bed cover for two people. Everytime we asked for a drink we were asked if we were full pension or half pension. One night during dinner we were emberassed because person in charge told us that we were not supposed to eat because books showed we were half pension.(Althogh we paid for full Pension)

Next to beach (30 seconds), very good and kind people, very good balance of price and possibilities. We would come next time surely. Note: do not forget this is a boutique hotel and do not expect very big rooms they are enough bigger then a lot in Europe but I saw the comments about the sizes therefore I am writing

Pleasant and good value with a comfortable parking facility. The staff washed the windows of my car when leaving as a courtesy, which I thought was a nice gesture. Very friendly staff with the hospitality starting from the moment you check in at reception with a drink, right to the beach where the view is stunning and where drinks are readily available. The hotel itself is well maintained with a decorated pool area. The pool itself was quiet and private as most preferred lying on the beach with the view in front. The hotel was spotless with a fresh ambience and a feeling of walking in a botanical garden with the plants and trees around. The room itself was not so big but had everything you need with a comfortable bed, quality towels and a balcony with seats and coffee facilities. Very good showers and fridge in the room as well. All in all a very good hotel and value for money!

Nothing not to like.

The first time I stayed at the Manuela Hotel was 30 years ago with family and friends…and what a find it was! I have returned many times since. The Manuela is situated right on the beach in Bitez with a beautiful outlook and a quiet location. Both the restaurants look out onto the beach with lovely views and the food is always fabulous. The bar area has a variety of entertainment each evening and always has a great atmosphere. But undoubtedly the thing that makes the Manuela what it is are the wonderful, friendly staff. They couldn’t do more to help you. There’s a reason many guests return each year! It really is like a home away from home. Thoroughly recommend.

GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH location is amazing directly on the sea front, literally few steps from your room to the beach. we arrived late,had a warm reception by staff, they took us straight down to bar on the beach front,given us complementary cocktails which made us soo pleased after long day, it was very nice touch.room was exceptionally clean, beds and pillows were confortable. they given us water to take to room,great attention by the staff. breakfast was buffet with plenty of healthy food to enjoy.range of pastries, breads,wide selection of cheese.there is a egg station where kind lady cooks omlet and all type of eggs. you can sit to confortable seats on the beach with good coffee from machine enjoy beautiful view of kos island.

We love to come here. Hotel had very convenient car parking,the staff was well trained and soo committed ,clean room confortable pillows ,big balcony with coffee machine was real bonus,location is great,few steps you are on the beautiful beach

There were no negatives, . all was perfect! Turkey, weather, Hotel, very hardworking staff, fantastic food and brilliant company. Even the boat trip was fabulous! thanks to all. Best 6day break ever!

Very good breakfast and excellant location

Everything we had a wonderful stay arrived in late and no problem with checking in manager met us and gave us a free drink offered us food could not do enough staff so helpful room cleaned every day breakfast lovely will definitely stay again

Nothing really would have been nice if beach towels were available

Ideal for a single traveller, loved private beach, so pleasant, sandy, lot's of chaise longs. I might consider coming back to this hotel again. Breakfast - perfect for me, friendly stuff. Evenings at the hotels were never boring, as there was always something going on, either a game watch, Turkish night, Cuban night... There are lost of restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighborhood.

Overall housekeeping was fine, I might suggest upgrading laundry, as I found bed linen and towels not perfectly clean For those who are as fussy as I am recommend to have antibacteriall wet wipes to clean off the sand at the bottom of chaise long.

It felt like a big family run business. They all try to make you feel comfortable, and make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Oktai, the owner and manager, was a wonderful host trying to surpass typical hotel service.

Loved the location. Super friendly & helpful staff who also always held 6 sunbeds for us. Hotel on the beachfront, Great pool, bus stop at the door, great breakfast, some rooms better than others - rm 307 great. Lots of dining options close by. Top owner
