I stayed 6 nights at Mai Inci Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Everything was organized, and the location is very convenient it's one minute away from the main street and near to bus stops and the red train that reaches the historical places , and it's 5 minutes away from kaleiçi marine port. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and it was a truly wonderful experience. I have never encountered such a friendly and attentive attitude from the staff before. It’s a family-run hotel, owned by amazing people who genuinely care about their guests. The team went above and beyond in ways that exceeded all expectations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope to return one day. A big thank you to everyone for the warm hospitality!

The staff is incredibly nice, professional and reliable. Hotel is family owned which you can feel. Anything you need, they can provide. It's very close to the city centre and you can take a cab to Konyaalti Beach for 150 TLR.

There was nothing I disliked; every aspect of the stay was excellent.

The hotel’s prime location near the Roman Harbour and beach is fantastic. The friendly and helpful staff made everything easy, especially their assistance with parking that allowed quick access to the room. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with highlights like fresh bread, milk, and watermelon. The 24-hour coffee bar and convenient parking were additional great perks.

Amazing location and extremely helpful professional staffs! Specially two gentlemen - Eray and Berfin went beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. My room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities I needed. The lady from a kitchen even packed our breakfast as we needed to leave very early in a morning (my stay included breakfast). The best location - close to sightseeing spots such as the pier, mosques and the old town bazar, shopping places and all sorts of eateries. The lady - Hilde gave me one of the best massage experiences ever! It was amazing 1st Hamam experience. Thank you so much Mai Inchi people!!

We had an incredible stay. We have arrived late at night. The staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They are here to help you with everything you might need. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained and the room is so clean. The breakfast is full of choices. Breakfast was not great, apart from a very few options, I did not like the food Coffee was bad, tastes like the old Nesscafe from the 90s - we did not have coffee at all during breakfast The drainage in the shower was problematic - should be fixed WIFI on the second floor was a bit erratic Hotel is perfect for 1-2 nights but I would not stay longer

We very much appreciated how helpful the hotel staff was. First, the thin lady in black at the reception - she upgraded us for free because we wanted two beds in the room. Second, the young man Emre - he speaks excellent English, very helpful in answering all my questions, calling my taxis, and advising me on everything around the city. He also helped me with my suitcases upon leaving. I give him 5***** The location of the hotel was perfect - just minutes walk from the Old Bazaar and the sea Hotel was clean, the room was spacious for two people with large suitcases Efficient air conditioning

The services are more than wonderful and the rooms are clean, although they are small, but the staff are more than excellent in dealing with the residents, and they provide drinks around the clock for free. The breakfast is also delicious, varied, and free.
