My room was underground, I could hear the sound and see the people on the street

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is just fine for it's price. The shower was hot. Toilet works well. Wifi works well. The location is great, just a couple minutes of walk from the Blue Mosque.

One of the sheets I tried to cover with had a smell of another person (unpleasant).. It wasn't a smell you feel from far but when I tried to cover my face I felt it. Like it hasn't been washed after someone else (with unpleasant smell) used it. The bed was moving a bit but once you were on it, it was firm. Generally it's a decent hotel keeping in mind it's cheap.

Firstly, we requested for a lower ground room due to mobility issues, on the website they agreed upon the request but when we arrived, we were given room at the highest floor, I talked to the receptionist and they couldn’t do anything about it throughout our 4 days trip. Not only that, the room was filthy, they was a sock stucked at the bed frame, the fridge has some black molds, the shower head was broken and the toilet has some weird substance on its floor. When reported to the receptionist, they clearly only fixed the shower and didnt attend to the other matters. Would not recommend, go somewhere else, Fuat Bey Palace Hotel is a much better hotel.

The hotel is located in amazing location just 5 minutes walk to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia rooms are superly clean and hygienic .staff are very helping specialty Mr naseeb in day and Mr Saeed ullah in night they are really good and available everytime for help overall amazing hotel

Breakfast was insufficient, and the room was dusty.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Also the view on the rooftop is amazing. I really recommend it. The hotel placement is great, really close to lots of places.

The stairs, there are lots of them and they are really narrow.

The guys at the reception are very helpful. Whether it's Abdurrahim or nasip or SEYIT they all helped us a lot with special issues. Thank you all very much, our trip was perfect.

Whole motel was having a strong paint smell and laundry linen is kept right in front of the door. No proper bedding. No blanket and pillows are used and low quality.

Abdul Rahim was amazing! Always ready to help and go the extra Mile. All the people working at this hotel were very kind and helful. Great location, but the best thing Is the staff!
