Wish it was a little cooler in the room. It wasn't unbearable. I'm just used to my house being very cold when I sleep. They were very nice and provided me with a fan.

Room was beautiful and very clean. Was nice visiting with the property Manager/owner and staff. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would stay again if we ever return to the area. They were knowledgeable with the area and helped book tours /hotel transfers and made great recommendations on places to eat. GREAT HOSPITALITY! I was nervous about going to Turkey but they made me feel relaxed.

Some issues with tub and deposit box.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was wonderful! Our room was very comfortable - it was the best hotel we stayed at in Turkiye. We also love how the room is tastefully designed. We loved the terrace because you could see hot air balloons in the mornings.

Loved absolutely everything! Prior to booking, their communication and assistance was so prompt and helpful. For the first time visiting a hotel, the staff showed us around the hotel and its surroundings and took the time to create a little daily itinerary. So, a special thanks to Boris and Khan as they were genuine and cared to help. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to everything. The "cave" vibe still felt luxurious and new and our room was huge. Cleanliness was top tier and they were generous in the amenities provided. They had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. If we hadn't already booked our flights to the next destination, we definitely would've extended there. Overall can't fault anything!

The shower pressure

The rooftop for viewing balloons is amazing. I think it has been recently renovated since the online images. There are some balloons that pass right over you however most are directly in front and you get a great overview of them all. The room was excellent with all the amenities you need and daily cleaning. The room has robes and slippers + coffee maker and 4 x water bottles daily. Breakfast was nice with the option to eat underground or on the terrace. Reception were friendly and readily available to help you. The dog max is adorable and very friendly. Excellent location - 2-3 mins walk until you reach the centre.

Loved both the facilities and the great service! Super good recommendations from Arif and Boris. Great location with wonderful and interesting rooms. The view from the roof top leisure areas particularly nice. Highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything from start to finish. Gave us amazing recommendations for the area too with a map highlighting places we want to visit and places they recommended. The hotel was so clean with robes and slippers, drinks station, mini fridge, dressing table, toiletries etc. The roof top was incredible. The pictures do not do justice, it is open 24/7 for insane views during sunset and rise. The hot air balloons travel all around it making it stunning. The breakfast was also lovely with ready options and also eggs made to order however you like them.

our only hiccup was with the breakfast. Our package included breakfast and I had informed them as soon as we booked that I was celiac and needed gluten free options. Unfortunately, there was nothing on the breakfast buffet that was gluten fee. However, their service was so good with everything else that I am sure if we really complained, they would have found a solution but most of our days were long so we decided to just skip breakfast and sleep in instead starting on day 3.

The breakfast area is ideally better above ground than below ground, but I understand this will be the case very soon.

Staff were super friendly (Gurkan, Baris and the others). Our room was really comfortable and the a/c worked really well. The design and aesthetic in a cave is really cool, both figuratively and literally. The hotel helped us book the hot air balloons (butterfly balloons), as well as shuttle transfer to from and from the airport. The focus of this hotel and its stuff is to build trust and their aim is to be very transparent with everything, including costs. You can trust them. All the amenities are new, functioning and work great. ALSO, if you are a tourists from Asia who just wants to book this hotel for the hot air balloons instagram shots from the rooftop, just know that wind conditions dictate on the day whether all hot air balloons fly over the city centre. It just depends on the luck of the day the direction of the wind whether you get to see them.

Where do I begin? There are many cave hotels in Cappadocia with great views. Not only did Luvi Cave hotel provide great facilities, view, cleanliness and breakfast, the real difference was the staff. All of the staff and special mention to Boris made the visit feel like you are staying with locals. There was always someone to ask for good local recommendations for restaurants, good/safe hot air balloon experiences, and even able to WhatsApp them when we needed a taxi back from another city.

Great central location, the roof terrace is the perfect spot to watch the balloons in the morning Less than 10 mins walk into the center . Our room was very clean, very spacious and the staff came daily The breakfast was lovely and as well as the buffet they will cook eggs to order . The staff were very helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Not much at all

This place is spectacular and the photos online do not do it justice. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the view from multiple terraces are amazing and the breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect - close to the main town but also elevated giving the most amazing sunrise and sunset views
