The breakfast was very good but a bit limited in choice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lupia Suites Hotel! The place was spotless and really comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Fatah, the owner, was so friendly and attentive – he made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Well located near the old town. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Our first floor suite was a great size with a lovely terrace (note: the ones with the jacuzzis’ are much smaller.) Amazing Turkish breakfast and lovely coffee. Beautiful pool and terrace area. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely clean and very comfortable large rooms. We had an amazing sea view and our second room was right by the pool. The hotel is close to the main strip with lots of restaurants and bars; the harbour and older parts of the town are also easily walkable. Fatih and his family couldn’t do more to look after us.

Smokers in the main lobby area meant for some smoke smell in our room. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel with a very spacious and attractive suite. Full sized fridge, separate bedroom, and lovely deck made for a very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast and a great location for exploring the town. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Great view from the deck!

We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious and well appointed, the staff efficient, kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was superb.

The glass window between the bathroom and bedroom meant there was no privacy when showering or using the toilet. Would be good to have a privacy screen fitted but only a very minor quibble and did not detract from an otherwise beautiful family run hotel.

Fantastic location and the staff were so lovely. The property was kept spotlessly clean and the use of mirrors and beautiful plants made it all very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will hope to return soon.

Fatih was a great host, and the breakfasts produced and served by his mum every morning were absolutely delicious. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the pool area was lovely. A perfect location, close enough to all that Kalkan has to offer; but wonderfully quiet too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A superb Turkish breakfast with a little surprise every day - a wonderful start to the day. Everything about this hotel we loved - the location was a short walk from all restaurants, bars, beach and harbour. Lovely views from our suite with beautiful sunsets and Fathi, the Manager and his staff were so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back.

There is no escaping the steep inclines every where in Kalkan. Lupia is no exception. It’s a very small ‘moan’ that there is no lift so be ready for the steps

Fab small hotel, with stunning views across the bay. Fatih and the team cannot do enough for you. Everywhere is clean and immaculate, breakfast is a wonder to behold, we are looking forward to returning.
