Great location; amazing staff, always going out of their way to help.

The sofa bed for my son wasn’t so comfortable.

We recently stayed at your hotel with my family, and we were truly impressed and satisfied with every aspect of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and kind hospitality of the staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view facing the iconic Galata Tower – it was truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The reception team was extremely helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like the minibar, the welcome drink, and the delicious dessert – such a nice touch! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely choose your hotel again and recommend it to others!

We chose the property base on Parking, which is a next door from the hotel, it was definitely very convenient for us! Hotel located in the center. Couple of minutes walk to Galata Tower.

Louis Appartements Galata was absolutely fantastic – beautiful, spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the Galata Tower and about 200 meters from the metro, making it easy to explore the whole city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist – whether with recommendations, transport, or anything else. They truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation in a perfect location. We’d love to come back!

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and attentive. The room is spacious and the overall experience is one of the best I’ve had in Istanbul. This city is plagued with dodgy hotels, this one is outstanding. My second stay here and will definitely come back. You’re 2 mins walk to Galata tower, so it can a tiny bit noisy but ensure you close your windows and you’ll be ok.

Really great location, lovely and helpful staff - the room was really spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great location, next to the Galata tower. Restaurants nearby, plus a Migros jet to buy some essentials. The staff and service here were great, and the rooms were clean and functional. The team organised a birthday cake for us and they all really went above and beyond for us during our stay. Highly recommended if you want to base yourself in Galata and want to enjoy a smaller hotel experience.
