Well managed hotel. Superb service. Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. Two nice thermal pools. Large selection of spa procedures. Good restaurant service. Only 2 hours taxi drive from IST airport. Thermal historic park nearby.

First off all, hygiene at dinner wasn't amazing. Aside from buffet style where you had to touch too many utencils that other had, water was served in 1.5L bottles that they just refilled. I smelled one of the bottles and it smelled like mold.... very disappointing from this level of hotel with the price. Either find a cleaner solution to serving water or let people buy unopened water bottles. Another big problem was that guardrails in the (beautiful) pool were loose and dangerous. The pool was also all 1.5m deep (no shallow part), so for short people or children it's an issue. Being a thermal pool you'd expect it to be warmer than it was. They would leave doors open and it would get quite cold in the pool area. The people working at the pool area would also not respect closing times and would get annoyed at you if you were there in the 1/2 hour + before closing time. Lastly, the hotel is connected to the pool/restaurant area via a covered tunnel. This tunnel was way too cold to go through when you've come out of the thermal pool and are just wearing your robe. The price one pays to stay at this hotel does not quite match. It's a shame because it had great potential with a few adjustments to match its category.

Very beautiful place and grounds. Rooms were elegant and spacious. The pool area was beautiful although lacking in a few ways. The staff was very nice and helpful whenever needed.

I love this place and already am planning my next trip there as my joints really benefit from this thermal water

I liked really everything, location is quiet and a lot of trees around staff is making sure all your requests are met. I really enjoyed especially the thermal pool , sauna , steam room . I spend there 6 wonderful night with half board option I have to mention that food was very fresh and tasty . I highly recommend this place but it’s not cheap and this way you avoid crowds.

I liked everything. This is the best hotel you can stay in in this area. It is value for money. The price includes breakfast, high tea and dinner and unlimited use of the pool and spa facilities, plus staying in a beautiful room. Even in your private bathroom you have access to the termal water.

The Limak hotel is truly beautiful. The rooms are very nicely decorated. It feels like you're staying in a palace. But its most amazing attraction is the hot spring water where we came for. They have a gorgeous indoor pool and a nice size outdoor pool. Both of course filled with hot termal water. The indoor pool has alo jacuzzi jets and waterfalls which you can turn on yourself. The girls in the spa give amazing massages. The food is of good quality. The staff is attentive and helpful. I called in advance to ensure I had a twin room for me and my mum and they gave us a great room on the ground floor.

Breakfast and dinner were included in the price of the room. The food at the restaurant was served buffet style. Overall it was good but there were two days when we were not impressed and we realized it was because there weren’t enough guests at the hotel those two nights.

We stayed there for four nights. The staff was extremely helpful and even when someone could not speak English they solicited the help of another staff member who spoke English. The spa services were excellent and so were the thermal pools. The room was comfortable and clean and they accommodated all of our requests.
