Waiters/ waitresses were not serving tables and people were forced to queue in the bars. I spoke to guest relations and they said there is table service in restaurants and in the bars so wave to staffs. Hopefully they will have a better food and beverage manager to train the staff or provide more staff.

Front office and guest relations staff was very helpful. The family room was very good size for two adults two teenagers. Mini bar was refilled daily. The bbq restaurant was very nice. Plenty sun beds and lovely pools. The sea was beautiful but highly recommend to bring sea shoes

We had a nice stay, but a few things could be improved. The dining hall was not always clean, and dishwashing didn’t meet hygiene standards. Dinner was meant to be served until 21:15, but food was often cleared by 20:30. Our room was also very warm. Otherwise, we appreciated the staff and everything else. Thank you!

We had a few minor issues with our room. One was the safe didn’t work and the other was the shower drain was plugged and water would pool up when we took a shower. This wouldn’t have been an issue but when we explained and asked for this to be fixed, it was not addressed promptly. We were initially told that we couldn’t change rooms so we needed to be in the room at 9 a certain and someone would meet us there to fix. They never showed up and we waited it the room for over an hour. This took time out of our stay. Then eventually after a few days, my relative ended up calling and speaking with guest relations. It finally got handled. Also, the hotel seemed to very busy and the staff were at times not pleasant to be around. This I would say is not the fault of theirs but the weather was so hot and they seemed to be stressed. Especially evident at Lykia bar. Also, lastly I believe a five star resort should have fresh squeezed juice in the morning. Overall, we had a good time but I would not return or recommend this to our family or friends.

I really liked the beach and the pools. We also enjoyed the food. Our housekeeper was amazing! She cleaned everyday!

Quality has dropped from last year. Although entertainment and food were good, I can tell they have both been subject to budget reductions from last year. Late check granted is 1pm, after that its charged regardless of your Booking.com account status. Also, daughters birthday cake is now charged to celebrate her on stage. We still enjoyed our stay but will definitely be checking other options next time.

We had a small incident in the room on arrival (prefer not to mention) and the hotel switched our rooms the next day. Rosyslav at the reception refused to help with late checkout (we requested 1 hour) although hotel wasted 2 hours to switch our rooms. He was cold and rude about it and when we reached customer service, they helped and sorted it out right away.

The food was great which I did not expect considering the crowd and the all-you-can-eat concept. Nice activities throughout the day. Paid beach activities such as parasailing and jetskis. Emre Salman at the reception was polite and very helpful.

managing a grand hotel with more than 600 rooms is a tuff job but they did it👍exceptional pools and beach shore . very good food in different varieties and different areas . clean and spacious rooms . different types of entertainments.friendly staff . a very good memory that makes us think about going back next year. but dont forget its all about families with kids , wont recommend it to singles and couples 😀

We visited 4 times. The last two were not great. Last time had multiple issues with room (no light, no TV working, bath blocked etc). They fixed it and assured it’s one-off issue. This time, aircon doesn’t cool down room, pillow sheet dirty, bath blocked again, and door got locked didn’t open and involved 2 days and multiple arguments to get it fixed. Phone in room didn’t work and took 3 days to fix. Guest relations keep talking nicely but not bothered to help or fix, very naive and not interested. Spoke to their managers and again said it’s one-off issue yet still didn’t fix the air on till we left the place. Never again was horrible and awful experience and total waste of money.

Beach front is the only good thing about this place though can get better locations and cleaner and better venues.

Everything was excellent. The resort was very beautiful, big and clean. We really enjoyed through our stay. The pools were for all ages. The food was delicious with different options. Gamzenur hanim from reception was very hospitable, friendly and helpful from the first day till last day. She kept checking to make sure everything was going the way we wanted.

The only downside is, there is a stone beach. No sands😕, but the Sea is beautiful and warm.

Everything was perfect 🤩, we stayed for 10 days, absolutely perfect hotel and everything inside. Swimming pools really large, food is absolutely amazing 🤩 and delicious!! Very very friendly stuffs and Turkish people. The other really great thing is 24/7 drink bar right next to beach. Private access to the Beach. Sometimes it gets busy for lunch and dinner, but only when it opens. Just come later and there will be seats.

I'll be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, but my expectations were exceeded. I want to point out the incredibly high level of service: 1. I booked a standard room, and they upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi for free. 2. All the staff were very friendly. 3. The room was clean, maybe not the newest, but the view was gorgeous. 4. Cleaning and refilling the minibar were done daily. 5. Food and drinks were excellent, including imported cocktails. 6. Wonderful territory around the hotel. 7. Clean coast. 8. Exceptional spa massage. In general, highly recommended.

She gave us a warm welcome from the very first minute and was always available throughout our stay. What stood out the most: Even small remarks or requests were immediately taken care of and implemented – a true example of outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Erman Bey delivered an excellent show that became one of the evening highlights! His performance was not only entertaining but genuinely impressive – a real professional who truly captivated the guests. Daniel from the animation team also deserves special mention. With his positive energy, great attitude, and friendly nature, he brought joy and excitement to every day. Thanks to him, there was always something going on – lively, but never intrusive – just the right balance! All in all: A perfectly enjoyable stay where you truly feel welcome.
