The possibility to have a pool and/or rooftop gym would be amazing. Even though I was said they are likely working on a pool already

Overall this hotel is very cozy and accommodating. It exceeded my expectations. And I liked it so much that this was the third stay I booked there within a very short time frame. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Also the restaurant staff is superb and the rooftop bar 24 hour availably is extremely convenient. It's good to have a place to work relax and enjoy that overlooks the city always at hand.

I loved the accommodation and enjoyed coming back with my fiancee. I was welcomed again by the front office team and they made the experience remarkable with great care. Ahmed and Merve and the rest of the team all left a great impression that enriched my stay. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant staff very friendly.

The is a problem in the ventilation system as you can smell cooking or even cigarette from other rooms. Sadly, when we reached the receptionist she was unprofessional with her response. However, she promised us that technicians will put a machine in our room to take the smoke away but no body put anything in the room. Cleaning service should be better and at least tissues should be provided. The extra bed is stiff and it’s really hard to sleep on.

Room is spacious, clean and comfy. They offered us early check in and extra bed (even we didn't make such a request ) after long haul flight. It is really a credit and good hospitality. The hotel locates at the prime area in Bursa - all scenic spots and tourist places are within walking distance.

Bursa was the capital of the Ottoman Empire and offers so much to see. We loved all the sites and hiking up into the forest Not many tourists in the area, authentic. We also loved our room that was upgraded without our asking by the very professional Mr. Hakan when we checked in. Excellent English and helpful, he was quite welcoming. Our room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. A handsome, exceptionally nice young man, Edib, brought our bags up. Checking in was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. Our standard is yogurt, fruit, eggs and it was also offered along with much more. Turkish coffee, but other types available with extra charge. We don’t smoke and the staff designated a part of the area non-smoking for us, or perhaps they would anyway. What is particularly impressive is the Restaurant on the upper floor that has amazing views. It spans the immense forested hills and the roof and large windows open. There is a lot of seating and it feels like you’re on a veranda. The views are absolutely gorgeous. (To be noted, we like a simple glass of red wine in the evening. There is no wine / alcohol in Bursa at all - at least that was our experience.) We want to also recognize Ms. Merve and Mr. Bülent who were professional & helpful as well and very friendly - and also spoke English. Thank you for being so kind, Merve and Bülent, as you made us feel welcome. Exceptional staff makes a huge difference in a hotel. We recommend Lilium Hotel & Suites - perfectly located as well! Turkey is amazing. We’re glad we also chose to experience Bursa and stay at Lilium.

Nothing not to like about this place. It's top notch!

We spent 2 nights here which attending a friend's wedding in Bursa. All the staff were so warm and friendly, particularly Merve and Bulant. They made us feel right at home and we had lovely conversations at different times during the trip. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and facilities and look forward to visiting once again. The rooftop restaurant is such a visual treat for views! Highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Bursa.
