UzbekistanOur first impression at reception was disappointing. A man who seemed to be in a higher position was unfriendly when he learned we were from Uzbekistan and even made a dismissive comment. He also told us that Booking.com does not work there, which turned out to be untrue, as our reservation went through without any problem. When he realized this, he simply switched with another colleague and stopped assisting us. For such a good hotel, this attitude felt very unpleasant.
We had a wonderful stay at Liberty Fabay. The Ultra All Inclusive option was very convenient, with excellent food and drinks throughout the day. Our room was cleaned perfectly in the evening, and we appreciated the fruit and wine surprise. The evening show and karaoke party were so much fun — everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for children and an excellent kids’ club that kept little ones entertained throughout the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

Denmark1. Food: Too much food variety which is unnecessary. It does not make sense to have 3 types of tomato and cucumber just cut differently. Decrease the number of dishes but increase the quality. It takes too long to find and choose the food because of too many options. Quality is not very high or at least does not feel like it. 2. Intro to hotel: there wasn’t any intro during check in about buffet opening hours. We figured by calling reception after checking in to the room. In general, there should be more intro upon arrival. We figured on our own that there is a mobile application

Stunning property , great staff and value for money. We loved our stay and definitely would love to come back. Sadly, we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities as our child got sick. However the time spent was totally wonderful :)
