United KingdomThe hotel even gave us a personal assistant for the whole trip , Mr Erkan checked in with us 3 times a day and organised all requirements in and around the hotel. The food options were plentiful with multiple restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this to families , our children loved the kids clubs and the venue has daily entertainment. It’s even better than the images!

EstoniaWe visited this wonderful hotel in May 2025 It was wonderful vacation. Everything was super, very clean hotel and room. Food was delicious and fresh. Drinks and coctalis were also good. The staff and waitresses were friendly and very attentive, we had a fixed table from the third day and the server Bekir remembered what we had ordered before and brought us the drinks we wanted without asking. We were able to attend a very special dinner hosted by Michelin-starred chef Tristan Brandt from Germany, it was a real culinary experience. Many thanks to Kamran for this special evening. The hotel was quiet, the sea very close, 5 minutes from the room and the table and ordering drinks on the beach with a QR code was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

DenmarkThe hotel is 100% family hotel, so you should not expect a very lively animation, but this is not a disadvantage, but just a feature that you should pay attention to when choosing.
Great hotel, beautiful interior, thoughtful details. Such small details as a beach bag as a gift, mini bar with a wide range of products included in the price, free wi-fi, attentive staff instantly responding to any request create a good atmosphere for a vacation.

BulgariaNot really a complaint, but some drinks were not the best. Majority of the alcoholic cocktails were watered down, and local brands. Not really a problem for me, as I don't drink that much.
I liked everything! The rooms were spacious and the A/C was super strong, so you could really relax after a hot day on the beach. They were cleaning my room and decorating my towels every day. The whole staff was super nice and polite. Different animation programs every morning - pool games, aqua aerobics, etc. The evening shows were also super nice - the outdoor area, although not massive, was perfectly structured and we had a great time every night - different parties, singers, etc. Plenty of food, that was fresh & tasty. The beach is with pebbles, so bring aqua shoes. Really enjoyed the aqua park as well - they have 6 slides. Although the hotel was full, it's not very big so there are no lines anywhere. I really enjoyed my stay - special thanks to Kamran Binali who made sure everything was great.
