One of the best hotels in istanbul, every things done in professional way, breakfast, spa, reception, club lounge and guest relations. Thanks to the Le meridien Hotel team, who's made the difference and special thanks to Sila and Ecem at breakfast and Sami at Valley concierge desk who really are one of the reasons to come back to hotel.

Staff was amazing, truly 5-star experience. They are literally droning to make sure you get the best experience at breakfast, also the Lounge Access is definitely worth it - chill lounge for some dinner/sundowners with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. I’d say the only downside is its location, but it has its benefits too (seamless connection to the bridge for a cross, short walk to lots of great restaurants). I wish whoever is managing this seamless operation the best and my thanks to everyone involved!

The temperature in the indoor pool was lower than I expected, so I could not use the pool, I stayed only in jacuzzi, but I really wanted to swim.

Great room, amazing bed and clean. Hotel offers nice extras like a crazily nice rooftop bar, gym and a moderate pool out and inside. Breakfast was rich and complete, just felt theybthe coffee machines for cappuccino could be of a better standard if you stay in such place

Bar (34th floor) sofa furniture should be replaced, it was very poor conditions, and some of tea plates was broken edge in morning breakfast area.

Breakfast was excellent; it had variety, and every type was delicious. My room was clean and comfy; however, the only aspect I recommend for improvement is the curtains. I had difficulty shutting them properly; they were a bit rigid to move for someone my height, at least. Other than that, I find everything else was wonderful. The location is very central and in a lovely area.

The staff was extremely disappointing. Nobody offered to bring my 50kg luggages to my room, I was handed the room card and I had to carry them to the 8th floor. The reception guys were very rude. They wanted a physical credit card for a deposit, I only had a digital one, so they said " in that case we need to switch your room without mini bar". That was offensive. Had I wanted something, I would pay for it. Like I tried to do with the room service app and the transaction wasn't going through. I had to call the guest relations desk. The guy who brought the food was very indiscreet, he was checking my room again and again and other things that I don't want to mention publicly. I was charged 3 times up the tea I ordered compared to the app price. I believe the staff needs manners and customer service training so they can catch up with the excellent hotel.

The views beautiful and the room provided quiet, comfort and space. We enjoyed the proximity to Bebek, Etiler, and Levant as well as public transportation at the top of the hill.

Title: Memorable stay with amazing views! We had a fantastic experience at Le Meridien Istanbul Etiler. The hotel is elegant and the stay was truly enjoyable. The reception team and the staff in the lobby were extremely helpful and professional. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady who took great care of our room and offered exceptional service. The view from our room was one of the most beautiful in Istanbul, and the location of the hotel is excellent — close to everything we needed. We definitely look forward to staying here again. One small note: the in-room dining was decent, but we believe it could be improved a little to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

The indoor swimming pool area could have been much cleaner and better maintained. The pool itself looked worn, with visible mould around the edges and some mosaics falling off. The outdoor pool area also felt quite dated. I visited in April, and I hope they improve the service and upgrade the décor in time for the summer season. On a positive note, the spa facilities—including the hammam, sauna, and toilets—were spotless and well-maintained.

Breakfast was really good. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Murat for his excellent performance during the busy breakfast hours—he managed the crowd efficiently and coordinated the staff so well to ease the rush. Much appreciated!
