We went at a busy time. Not always easy to get a sunbed by the sea or pool. Some queues in the restaurant but it was a busy time

Pool is a bit small and too crowded for the size of the hotel. Quality of drinks needs improvement in terms of quality and serving them cool.

Food could have had more variation and more themes. After a week we were honestly a little tired of it. And too long queues for the best most popular foods so you ended up spending more time queuing than eating. The so called special restaurants which we attended one night was disappointing to say the least. Not good quality Chinese food and manager was rude and took offence to questions about the order and when we requested Pepsi that had not lost all the fizz. Of a place like this would have expected more than them just refilling from big bottles of soft drinks, also in daytime in the bars.

Best holiday ever and overall it was amazing. Good quality room (although a stretch to call it a bungalow), great pools and seaside and enjoyed the food.

It could be more comfortable with snack bars at beach and pool, and serving fruits as well, not only pizza and gozleme. Food could be more varied in fish dishes and meats. Overall food was good, tasty but not amazing. Sunbeds policy needs to be enforced, you need to wake up at 7am to catch seaside sunbed free of towel. You can book a-la-carte restaurant just once, since they are not open at the same time. They should open all and have more availability. Meyhane fish restaurant is with payment only.

Very good facility for families, bungalows are very confortable. Kids club and entertainment were great, as well as the massage and spa. Sea is very good for swimming. Internet is good speed, pet friendly, friendly staff even though their english is not great. Great views.

The check-in process was a bit messy. When we arrived, there were a bunch of suitcases in the lobby. The reception team needs to improve their English skills.

Sometimes, we has some cleaning issues and some dishes are not delicious. Finding a suitable sunbed is very difficult.

Most of the employees are helpful and cheerful. The beach is perfect.

The rooms are quite old, and the hotel could use a complete renovation. I also didn't like that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning, as I sometimes wanted to make the air cooler, but I couldn't. Although there was a wide selection of food, I would have preferred higher-quality dishes. The a la carte restaurant was a complete disappointment, with bland and unappealing food. Well, there's a problem with the sunbeds, as people use them for the whole day with their towels, making it difficult to find something (but this is a problem with the people, not the hotel). However, it's possible to come up with a solution to break this system.

Great staff, all good people, there was no one who was rude or did not help. There is a bar that works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is beautiful, in the pine trees between Marmaris and Icmeler, away from the hustle and bustle of the city beaches. The internet is quite good, although it sometimes drops for a couple of minutes during the day, but it works 90% of the time. The pool is nice, and there are water slides for children. We were upgraded from a bungalow to a standard room with a sea view for free, for which we would like to express our gratitude to the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to both Icmeler and Marmaris. It is also convenient that there is a beach bar, so you don't have to go far to order drinks and snacks throughout the day.

I did not like the furniture and the level of cleanliness. It needs rennovation. The bathroom sets was not available. The bed quilts were not a 5 star hotel level.

I like the seaside, the pool, the activities available. The food was good in general.

The main bedroom sometimes had a smell of sewage and we couldn't work out where it was coming from as it kept coming and going, but we didn't ask to move rooms. There was no waiter service for drink in the main restaurant for a 5* you should at least be offered drinks but it was easy enough to help ourselves. You can't get late checkout unless you inquire the day of checkout after breakfast which meant you had to pack early anyway so really no point we just packed and left our stuff in the luggage room and change of clothes on our backpacks which we put in lockers in the spa after our day round the pool we showered and got ready for our journey home there and we're actually really glad we didn't pay the additional £60 for late checkout as no point. We paid £730 for 4 nights for 5 people all inclusive and that included a free pick up from the airport courtesy of booking and we were so happy with it that we used the same company for our return transfer, for the price we paid the issues I've raised are minor we went with really low expectations but were really really pleasantly surprised

Great bungalow style room 2 bedrooms and bathroom and nice terrace area with a partial sea view, rooms were cleaned everyday. Hotel was in a stunning location right on the water and the water was so clear with little fishies! The pool area was nice we were able to get sunbeds even if we went down after lunchtime, the spa was great and the massage I had was one of the best. The food in the buffet was varied each night however I think dinner time should be longer starting at 7pm meant queuing for food which I hated, the dessert selection was amazing, the regular all inclusive dessert were there look great but taste like nothing but the turkish dessert section was delicious as were the turkish pickles by the salad and there was a freezer in the buffet with ice lollies as well as ice cream served around the pool, they served fresh fried lokma in the buffet one night and I think I had about 3 platefulls... even the pickiest of eaters could find something to eat. Didn't go to the entertainment in the evening so can't comment on that. The snack bar by the beach was great small selection but great for a quick bite.

Room cleaning could have been a lot better. The floor of the room was not cleaned and I was totally black under my feet after walking in the room without slippers. Also the white slippers were totally black after using them in the room. The balcony was never touched by the housekeeping and it was full of dust and even some garbage after the previous guest. Lamps in the room were dusty and the counters in bathroom were not wiped, neither the mirrors or tables. I told about this in the reception but it didn't get better during the week. The evening entertainment could also be better. There was only 3 shows during the week, the rest was just live music. Normally in Labrandas we have had shows almost every night. There could be a shower by the waterslide pools as well. Basically no one took a shower before swimming in waterslide pools. However we had a lovely holiday.

The location and facilities were great. Most of the personnel were very nice and welcoming, some had a bit of an attitude. Food and beverage was really good and even as a vegetarian I always found something to eat. Surroundings were beautiful.

Shop on site was very pricey, and the water sports area was crazy pricey! Quoted €1000 for an hour with a paddle board. Shop and water sports may not be part of the hotel but as they were on site I thought I'd mention that.

Staff were always very helpful, The facilities were very good. Enjoyed the acrobatic show! And the sea was amazing! Little bit of a stretch to a decent priced shop.

All inclusive. The hotel offers everything so there is no need to step out. Has a private beach for those not wanting to use the pool services. Has some great planned/scheduled activities to offer specially when visiting with kids.

We had a fantastic stay! The food was delicious with a great variety of options each day. The facilities were top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy.
