Maybe a tent cover inside the courtyard of the house if someone has a car with them. It can get hot. Other than that, it was beautiful and pleasant accommodation.

Ibrahim and his wife are very lovely people. I can't recommend this place enough! Very affordable and a good location if you have a car. The view was stunning every single morning. The breakfast was the cherry on the top. I highly recommend booking a room that has breakfast included, and if not, you can always buy breakfast separately.

A little bit far out from town , you can’t walk to kas , you have to get a taxi back and forth .

Unfortunately there are no blinds and the curtains are translucent, so in the morning it was very bright in the room. The hotel is very stylish but the shower and the toilet are in need of some fixing.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had beautiful sunsets from our room! Calm location on the hill near to the town Kas. The owners are very nice and helpful with all questions! The breakfast is amazing and every day we got some selfmade eggs and türkish dishes which were very tasty!

A very beautiful and cozy hotel. Very good location, away from the noisy streets. From our balcony we enjoyed the sunset every day.The hosts are a very nice young family who take care of the comfort of their guests with great attention to detail. The owner, Ibrahim gave us a lot of useful information about the area, what to visit, where to beach, recommended places to eat and helped us to book for our other activity in Oludeniz. The breakfast was very tasty, homemade. One day we had to leave early and they prepared sandwiches for us on the way. Every day they surprised us with different meat specialties. Everything is prepared with products produced in the area. It was a very nice stay. It was especially nice when he wrote to us a few days after we left to ask if we were having a good time.

Our host was both generous with his time and knowledge of the area in helping us plan an itinerary in the area during our stay on the coast. The room was well appointed. Breakfast on the terrace was outstanding. The property is located in a quiet area reasonably close to Kas. We can highly recommend this property.

We liked everything. A very nice couple runs the place. They were super friendly, ready to fulfill our wishes and answer in details all our questions. The room has a great sea view. The bathroom is spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, different every day, fresh, healthy and very tasty. This is the place we would love to visit again.

Everything was amazing! The hosts are so nice and friendly they will help you with everything renting a car, book restaurants, they even prepared a to do list of Kas so you’ll not miss anything. The breakfast was the cherry on the cake!! Everything is homemade and it’s sooooo tasty especially the pastries. I really recommend this villa if you’re passing by Kas. The silence around the area, the morning view of the sea, the mountains surrounding the villa…it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy!

A wonderful place! Location with sea and mountain views, clean air, silence. We were with my wife in April, the room is clean and stylish. The hosts are great! delicious breakfasts, access to the kitchen and dishes, if you do not plan to eat in restaurants. They also packed a snack for us on the road. We are very satisfied! We recommend 100%!
