Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe breakfast was below ordinary, compared to regular Turkish breakfast. The quality of food was low. The staff were not professional for service. You have to ask for the basic service things everyday. Some days, best table locations were cordoned off for some “special guests”. The room location was noisy. Some days staff chatter and laughters continued till midnight making for us hard to sleep. Because of lack of sound system, the staff was dragging one single amplifier all over the premise. The afternoon music was like a beach club even though it is a quite hotel far from the beach. The amplifier was placed just outside our door which highly disturbed us since the music always started playing when we were taking some afternoon nap. The room was extremely damp, especially the bathroom was quite smelly because of the lack of ventilation. There was a mini bar in the room but it does not cool when you are not in the room as the electricity cuts off. Way to the beach is 15 minutes walk thru the main motorway without any sidewalks. It can be dangerous for kids and even for adults.
The hotel location looks over a beautiful bay of Bodrum. The sea was clean and full of fishes. The hotel premise was good with car park.

United StatesThe breakfast was insufficient for three people, and since they bring the breakfast to the table, we had to constantly ask for more. The staff wasn't friendly, and one of the servers talked back when we complained about the breakfast.

Romaniabreakfast terrible that was served to you by the serving men who was also a host. Dirty dishes from wich it was served also the kitchen from wich the food came and was kept, looks like garbage dump. the food not consumed by customers at breakfast was served the next day. The mattresses in the chairs are terriblely dirty,messy around the pool.i stayed for 5 days, 3 persons in a apartament and only the 4th day they changed only the towels and woped stiid as the next day we were leaving.Those who served breakfast were very indifferent when you asked them to bring you something, we had to tell them 5 times and they still did not bring what you requested, every day you had to go to the kitchen after them, their only answer was ,,ok, no problem and still nothing.They didn t disrespect the customers and they served you so badly that you were afraid to order something else, lest they come with,,surprises. They have no training in proving cleaning services, serving, they are very slow, and careless.while swimming in the pool i cut myself in pieces from the bottom of the pool that entered in my foot, and i send for help at the reception. the receptinist came with plasters, a disinfectant, they have no medical assistance and no lifeguard. i comumunicated with she and showed she the shard that i removed from the leg and the rest of the shards that were still in the pool to solve the problem and anticipate other possible accidents, especially as children were also swimming, but they did nothing, they looked in the pool from the surface at the shards and left as if nothing had happened. the next day, they didn t even bother to ask if i was ok or if i need something on my leg, even thougt the cut was quite deep.On the first day when we arrived at the accomodation, they gave us a different room that the one we booked, thinking that i wouldnt notice.
