The hotel is in a great location for shopping and the port. The family run hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only stayed for the day as we couldn't get a late check out at our original hotel also a very late flight. Cengizhan and the team made sure we had a very comfortable room and a great outdoor area to chill in. We are Honestly looking to book to stay properly for a few days great little find thank you Sezgin Boutique Hotel.

The swimming pool was a good size to swim in it but the water was ice cold The towel rack in the bathroom fell off The breakfast is too late and no choice The owner/administrator solicited 10/10 review and that completely threw me off.

The staff was friendly and helped to exchange money The room was small but ok comfortable It was nice to find a real warm blanket in the room, not only sheets that are used as as summer cover

Beautiful 26 room hotel, which was absolutely spotless. staff so lovely and friendly they couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay here really enjoyable. fabulous breakfast so much choice. such good value for your money. Next time we visit Kusadasi we will stay here.

Room could do with some furniture to keep the luggage which had to be kept on the floor. Food in the hotel is expensive compared to the nearby restaurants.

The location was great staff exceptionally friendly and good value for money. Rooms could be describe as basic however it is rated a 2 star Hotel so that is what we expected. Tidy and relatively clean with comfy beds.

The hallway leading to our room often smelled of smoke, although our room did not.

There is a lot to like about Sezgin’s Hotel: location is close to restaurants and the touristy part of town; pleasant pool and breakfast area; nice breakfast, with cappuccinos every morning; relaxed atmosphere. Our room was basic, but comfortable.

The swimming pool was not sufficiently maintained and clean. The wooden benches and tables in the otherwise beautiful garden are worn and in need of replacement.

A quiet, pleasant location in the old town center. Pleasant and tidy rooms. Friendly staff, always ready to advise. Good breakfast buffet. A 10-minute walk to the harbor and city center with restaurants and bazaars.

Everything was great!!

The location was excellent... Nice & quiet area but less than a 5 minute walk & you were in the heart of everything, The swimming area was perfect to lounge by & and the pool was a nice size to cool down & swim, The room, although basic, had everything needed for stay, The rooms don't get serviced, but this could be requested at any time, Was delighted to see a fridge in the room & the air-conditioning was a welcome addition, After the first night, I realised there is a quiet mode 🙈 The owner serginz & all the staff were very pleasant... especially!! the Night Porter, who was very accommodating no matter the time of the night with a cold drink, Breakfast was a nice selection of fresh bread, cheeses, coffee & cereals Sezgin also organised reliable transport to & from the airport which was much appreciated I would definitely stay here again. Yes, it is basic, but it has everything you could need & the location was perfect 👌

The rooms were not very clean, and they were not cleaned during our stay. Our room smelled badly too. Breakfast had very limited options and was a bit disappointing honestly - cheap bread, yoghurt from a plastic container, coffee not included (!).

The pool is really nice, as well as the beautiful garden. The beds were great too, and it was nice that there are a lot of options to arrive late, leave luggage after your check-out etc. Personnel was generally friendly.

I am not a high expectations type of traveller. I found everything to my liking.

Sezguin is the ultimate host/owner. Family run operation. Great BBQ on the property. Sezguin can and will do anything he can in order to make your stay an enjoyable and pleasant exotic. He even was able to secure a fare to our next destination.

We had a great stay! It was wonderful to be able to come back at the end of the day to get in the pool! The personnel was super friendly. The parking lot was full but they went out of their way to find parking for us so thank you!

Room was small. The building is pretty old. It could be cleaner. Hallways are dirty and so are the walls of the bedroom. The pool didn't look very clean either. Parking was free, but really crowded. You need to leave the car keys. Basic breakfast. Host didn't seem very friendly, either.

Located at the heart of the old city in Kusadasi, on very narrow and steep streets. It was a challenge to drive there. Bathrooms are newly renovated.

Pool area was slippery and dangerous. Pool stairs broken. Shower slippery - all easy fixes but need attention.
