The hotel is really very old, something is almost broken 😔 Also it has permanent smell of oldness and smell of cigarettes. Workers tries to make cleaning, but something has permanent dirt and needs repairs and new furniture.

The personal is very polite and friendly. I worked to resolve some issues we faced once arrived. Also we had a nice view at mountains and the sea. This was the most pleasant in the hotel. Also the pool is always clean.

Location is over the top, absolut on top area. Close to all shops, restaurants, just on the beach. Rooms were clean, pool amazing. Breakfast a bit same every day, but ok.

The facilities in the room are age old. Should upgrade the washroom sanitary settings. Wifi network is poor in the room. Complimentary breakfast Menu was sub-standard.

Horrible hotel. My room was not up to standard. Tv doesn't work. Ac is loud and had issues. My room was very small. WiFi does not reach the rooms. And in the morning and naked man knocked on my door loudly and I video evidence of the cctv.

The hotel has no AC in the lobby, the TV didn’t work, the room was so bad, there was a hole in my room with cables coming out of the plug in the wall, almost no light in the bathroom, and the mini fridge was dirty, they’re just putting everything they have bc the location is kind of good with sea view but the hotel itself is terrible, don’t go for the cheap price, pay more expensive and go to a better hotel, the breakfast as well was terrible 0/10

The hotel needs some refurbishment done. It looks like they ran out of cash before the construction was finished. Some of the fittings are poorly finished, like the "window" of our bathroom which was closed with a ceramic tile with the rough side facing inwards. The MDF door frame was puffy and split, The shower cubicle had no door or curtain and the bathroom floor would soon get wet. The TV had a layer of dust covering it. The breakfast wasn't great. Both variety and quality were not appealing. Overall, I think it should have been better considering the money paid.

The hotel is well located and all you need is to cross the street and walk into a very nice rocky beach (take beach shoes as you will hurt your feet even in the water). There is a nice restaurant with good food and fair prices just next door to it and other restaurants and shops very near by. The pool is of a good size for swimming. It offers free Turkish tea at the reception and the fridge is re-stocked with free water bottles everyday.

The rooms are not cared for very well. Very dirty walls and floors. Cracks in the shower and the bathroom is in huge need of a very deep clean. Sink wasn’t working properly. Very poor breakfast, always the same and not very tasty food, very bad. Smell in corridors every morning was repulsive. Cleaning our floors in the room was basically making them wet. The cleaners didn’t do a great job. Had to use flip flops all the time. Not all rooms have a direct from view on the sea, a lot of rooms are on the side of the building so call and make sure of which one you’re getting. Some front view rooms also don’t have a balcony, it’s just a door. Pictures are misleading.

The property was in a good location with a great view on the sea. The pool was also nice. Friendly staff.

Breakfast 2/10 Room Cleanliness 3/10 Facilities 1/10 Staff 3/10 Elevator not working a lot of times we have to use stairs and our room was on 6th floor, Swimming Pool 1/10 I saw a homeless guy at the lobby and in restaurant and then the next day I saw him cleaning the swimming pool and I realised that he’s one of the staff actually I felt sorry for him as they are not providing decent uniforms to the staff and also this is not professional!! Grooming also… I don’t recommend it!!

Already explained above I did not like anything about this hotel.

We arrived late because of flight delays went to our room which I PAID for single beds. Arrived to find a double bed. So for one night they gave us separate rooms. But the room my friend got didn’t have a card key. So every time she went out she would have to contact reception so the guy could come up and open the door because he had the only key for that room. The next morning they said our new room was ready. So we moved our belongings to the new room that WAS NOT READY. It was in a disgusting state so we had to go out while they prepared the room.

The lobby, corridors and restaurant are not airconditioned. By the time I got to my room I was dripping sweat, literally. The room 306 is fine but the balcony is practically non—existent. It is literally a small triangle on the corner of the building. There is no room to put a chair so impossible to sit and enjoy the view of the sea. There are no blankets, just a thick sheet that serves as a blanket. There is a couch in the room but no chair so it is impossible to use the desk. There is a small table by the couch but you have to crouch over it. The shower cabin is very small and it is a tight squeeze to get in and out. The shower head is removable and when I checked in it was down. The holder is really high the hose is almost too short so it’s a real stretch to fix it, especially if you want to wash your hair. There were a couple of small soaps and shampoo bottles but no other amenities (conditioner, q-tips, shower cap, etc.).

The staff is very friendly but hardly speak or understand English. I asked for and was given 2 electronic keys so that I could leave one plugged in during the day so that the A/C cools the room the entire day. There is a small refrigerator in the room and there is complimentary water every day. Breakfast is ok. There were some hot items like hotdogs and French fries and hard-boiled eggs; several types of cheeses and olives, different kinds of bread, fresh vegetables and watermelon. There is an outdoor terrace at the restaurant, but it is only available during breakfast hours. the hotel is located across the street from the beach and is surrounded by many restaurants.

The first big complaint is that the hotel room does not have a safe, so you have to carry valuablethings with you throughout your vacation. Ventilation in the toilet does not exist, torn decorative wallpaper on the door posts of the bathroom, toilet bowl cistern does not work, so you need to pour water into bottles and rinse the toilet after use. A lot of broken and poorly done pieces of furniture in the room and in the bathroom that no one fixes, 70 percent of things are bad. The photos that are on the booking site were probably taken a few years ago, so this is not the right measure of the current state of the hotel. The card you use to open the door very often does not work, so you have to go back to the reception for the card to be reset.

The beds were almost broken, and the sheets were dirty even though they ‘wash’ it. The same with the towels, even got a small pimple on me because of it. Really unhygienic and unmotivated staff. Very small number of choices at the breakfast, and the bread was hard and dry.

The price on booking was something for the first two nights that I booked through booking but then I added extra two nights and they charged me more than what booking did which was ridiculous because usually direct booking is cheaper.

Rude staff, a complete building site!! No restaurant as it was being dug up, dust everywhere! No water in the pool or poolside bar, no gardens. Wires hanging out of walls and plaster peeling. Disgusting!!! Beware!!! Never should have been advertised as health and safety issues!
