Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Kingdom1. We were allowed to book two restaurants a la carte, when we arrived managed to book Turkish one and we were told to come back after the weekend to book seafood one, when we came back on Sunday nothing was available( we were leaving on Thursday) 2. We weren’t aware that “booking” sun beds with towels was allowed so first days we were left with very limited options. 3. Staff at kids club speaks just Russian and Turkish.
Great hotel. Clean comfortable room. Amazing pools. Great food. Unlimited food available basically 24/7.

PolandI did not like the way the guest relation Handel an issue. We had a small issue because the house keeper did not clean our room the second day we arrived, they said because the do not disturb card was hanged on the door but this was only hanged when my child was sleeping between 2:00 p.m. until 4 p.m. so from 8 and.m. until 2 p.m. they did not come to clean the room. When I asked the guest relation people to inform the house keeper, the man said that they don't clean after 4 p.m.!!!! That was very annoying and instead of cleaning the room he said that we can only give you clean towels and take the garbage 🗑 from the room. Also the service at the main restaurant is poor due to lack of staff, only few waiters are working there while during the season they should hire more people to keep up the quality of the service because it was hard to find a clean table when we wanted to have a breakfast, lunch or dinner. The waiters did their best but they could not manage with many people because they were only few of them. I feel that the hotel was doing a cost cut which affected the service. Also whenever we ordered a tea, they brought us the tea without a spoon so how we will stir the sugar but sometimes they bring one spoon for 2 tea order, very often we had this situation. Also the hotel territory is very small so you even can not walk normally because of the narrow walk side to the sea or to the pool, it is very obvious. The sea shore has stones and some of them are big so it is a must to have a special shoe if you want to swim in the sea.
I like the food quality at the restaurants specially the main restaurant. Also the Italian restaurant is very good. The service in general not so good. Only we had good service at the coffee places as near the lobby and at the G level coffee lounge. The room is nice and clean. The location is far from Antalya airport about 50 minutes by car without any stops.

United KingdomWe like absolutely everything. Too many people smoke at the front door, smoking comes inside to the block H with room starting from number 7. Perhaps dedicated zone for smokers could improve the air around the block where the spa. But it didn’t prevent us from nice holidays, it’s a minor issue I would say
It is a very beautiful hotel, designed with a style. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing to the internal court yard with fantastic architecture. The flooring is so beautiful, the allocation of restaurants and kids club was convenient. We particularly enjoyed zones separated for children and adults where kids could play and engage with great animation team and adults could enjoy the 16+ pool bar. The staff members were amazing, always ready to help and explain. Guest relationship manager did a fantastic job together with all animation team and restaurant workers

United KingdomLocation – The use of “Belek” in the name of this and many neighbouring resorts is, at best, a stretch. Technically, it is on the Belek coast, but the area bears little resemblance to the actual town of Belek, which is a 20-minute drive away. If you plan to spend 99% of your time inside the resort - which is indeed a collection of beautiful buildings and well-kept grounds - and only take the occasional taxi to Belek town or Land of Legends, you’ll be fine. But if you enjoy walks outside the resort and are expecting the “poshness” of Belek or the upmarket vibe of the famous resort strip along Lara Beach, you’ll likely be disappointed. Immediately outside the hotel is a run-down market selling knock-off goods, a scruffy bus station, and an unpaved car park where half the vehicles wouldn’t pass an MOT. Add to that the numerous construction sites around, and you realise that while the area might evolve in the next 5–10 years, it currently falls far short of expectations. Clientele – During our stay, the resort was teeming with Russians and Eastern Europeans. Now, there’s nothing inherently wrong with that - everyone should be free to holiday where they like - but many of them behaved as if it were their first time abroad (which, judging by the conduct, may well be the case). Yes, we Brits aren’t exactly known for our exemplary behaviour overseas either, but even the most boisterous of British tourists usually have at least some awareness of others. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. Picture groups of drunken men laughing and shouting late into the night on the terrace, or middle-aged women, already hammered by 3pm, blasting Russian pop from their Bluetooth speaker on the beach while loudly singing along - oblivious to everyone else trying to relax. Management didn’t intervene - in many European hotels, such behaviour would not be tolerated. But here, these tourists are no doubt seen as a reliable source of repeat custom - a short-sighted strategy, though.
Food – This is a big one. The food was simply exquisite, both in the buffet restaurant and the food court. The variety is astonishing, everything tastes fantastic and is served fresh, with the menu changing daily. The whole operation is overseen by an army of cooks and chefs who ensure guests don’t mess with the food and that there are no sad, congealed leftovers waiting for you in the chafing dishes. Cleanliness – The hotel is spotless, from the rooms (cleaned daily) to the common areas - there’s always someone sweeping, cleaning, or fixing something. It makes a huge difference (take it from me, I’ve been a HH Diamond member for a long time, so I’ve got plenty to compare it to). So many supposedly upmarket hotels (not just Hilton) are absolutely filthy - but not this one, thankfully. Staff – What a great bunch of genuinely nice and helpful people. It’s refreshing to see staff who actually seem happy to be working, and it gives the place an exceptional vibe. So a big shout-out to all the bar staff, waiters, waitresses, reception and guest services, kids club hosts, and auxiliary staff - you really made our stay a pleasure. Kids’ facilities – Another huge one. Many hotels offer kids’ activities, but here the staff really went above and beyond to keep the little ones happy and engaged. If you’re travelling with young children, you’ll be delighted - we couldn’t get our six-year-old out of there. He wanted to join in on the multitude of daily activities or just play football with the instant group of holiday friends he made. The place felt safe, and the children were well looked after, so we were perfectly happy leaving him there for a couple of hours at a time. The outdoor (heated) kids’ pool with slides was brilliant and safe too, giving him hours of fun without us needing to hover constantly.
