The wifi isn't great here and be prepared to not have a sun bed if you don't go grab it in the morning and pop your towel there while having breakie.

Great find and such a bonus with the pool and pool bar + restaurant and hotel events on Sundays'. Lovely atmosphere with plenty of regulars returning time and time again.

High up so get the breeze. Good location for travel and exploring. Staff friendly. Comfy beds. Air con good.

I cannot fault anything

I cannot praise this hotel enough. Such a lovely family run hotel who are genuinely lovely people and go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay. They provided lovely barbecue night which was delicious and beautifully presented. The food at the hotel was homemade and delicious! The hotel is extremely clean and rooms cleaned daily. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. There was always plenty of sun-beds even in the height of season. We will definitely be returning and thank you for making our holiday very special.

WiFi in the room wasn’t good & I was staying directly under the roof terrace which was very noisy in the mornings. Got woken up every morning.

The owners were lovely, friendly & very welcoming. Very clean, pool area lovely, plenty of space.

As I said in previous comment the only personal thing was lack of a lift either than that could not fault lovely family run hotel nothing too much trouble eat their a few times food excellent and value for money

Nice roof top terrace with great views of bay in kalkan, my only downside was the stairs but that is because I have bad knees

The hotel is high up on the hill but there are many taxis that can take you to and from where you need to go.

The hotel is run by different generations of one family. It is awesome to see them all working together and they are all lovely people, who make you feel right at home. The food is very good, and we were lucky enough to join a Lamb-shank Sunday cook up. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking!

Sound travels quite a bit so not the quietest place. The pool is pretty small and all sun beds already reserved with towels. We didn’t use the pool and went to beach clubs

Swimming pool can be closed 1-2hours later.

Breakfast is nice. It is about 300 meters from bus station. Every room is with a private terrace with great view. Swimmig poolis open from 9am to 7pm.

Wi-Fi in come locations wasn’t great, but not an issue, and room was a little tired so some redecoration would be ideal, but again didn’t cause any issue, room was still very comfortable.
