Nothing - all exceeded expectations

The hotel was amazing. It is a beautiful position with incredible sea views. The room we stayed in overlooked the bay and was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional - upholding the high standards of the hotel. The gym was really well equipped and very cool in there for workouts. The pool was surprisingly very quiet in the day and never had to worry about sunbeds. The beach was the same, very comfortable, towels always on hand with a very handy beach bar too.the breakfast spread was delicious and was very hard not to have everything in the morning! We particularly appreciated the on hand staff who are just a WhatsApp message away for anything, they helped us with getting taxis into town and offered recommendations. This is an incredible hotel and totally worth the money, we throughly enjoyed our stay here - thank you!!

The main disappointment was that the hotel gave us he wrong room when we checked in. We requested and PAID for a Superior Room which showed a bigger room with sitting area and couch but when we checked in, they allocated a much smaller room. They only moved us to the room we paid for after we pointed it out to Reception staff. This is unacceptable. You should get the room you choose and pay for. It was sorted very quickly but still was a very unpleasant experience.

The staff, food and facilities are lovely. Some staff need a special mention. Emir at Guest Services goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just as you want / expect. He is helpful and very friendly. Ergin at breakfast was also just a gem, he is helpful, efficient and very friendly. The beach area was just fantastic.

Excellent service from the whole team, but specialy from Emir in costumer relations. What a genuinely nice guy and very attentive to all details. His service made the difference in our stay, and me and my family really appreciate you. Big hug from Portugal Emir! Food was good at the restaurant in the beach and breakfast had very good selection with high quality products. Room size was big and spacious, very comfortable.

Would have been good to have some music, entertainment in the evenings as otherwise with kids below 18 you cannot go enjoy the music outside in the city. Would be nice to also have pool tables and possibly table tennis tables for entertainment for kids in the age bracket of 11-17 Rest is great.

Everything was great - from the welcome we received at the outset (including early check in as we arrived a bit earlier compared to check in time). The person managing our entire visit was Emir (guest relations) who was superb throughout the trip. He was always available and the good thing is that they create a WhatsApp group where you can ask them questions and also raise any issues. We had full board and the food being served during breakfast, lunch and dinner was great with lots of variety each time around. The beach is very clean and despite it being being very hot the sea was perfect. The also have lifeguards on duty at all times at the beach. Gym facilities were also very good. Buggies take you from the reception to the beach and to the restaurants. They are running all the time and everyone taking us back and forth were great - want to do a special shout out to Hasan/Samet (buggies and the main entrance), Elvira (guest relations), Ergin (at the restaurant in charge of guests).

Nothing to fault at the hotel, everything was great

Fantastic resort with super kind staff and great amenities. The resort is relaxing and beautifully designed with guests and their needs in mind. A special mention to Emir who looked out for us from the first moment we arrived until the time we left and the reception staff on the front desk who were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again soon.

Literally nothing.

Everything is spacious and clean. I came here to relax with my mum for a couple days and that’s exactly what we did. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want, there’s a hamam, beach, you can have all meals there but one or two days we went exploring nearby and the city is also very beautiful (around 15mins by car from the city centre). But I could’ve stayed 5days straight there ! We got the property that has access to the pools and it was really nice as you can relax there too. The breakfast options are really good, with great variety. One thing I wish I did was when I arrived at the property it was very late so we jsut settled in. They give you info about what to do in the city but I wish I asked exactly what was included in my stay (I.e. didn’t know there was a hamam till the last two days). Serhat, Süleyman, all off the workers have been superb! Especially there is a worker also at the breakfast table (a shame I forgot his name) but he spoke Arabic with my mother too and made sure that if she needed a glass of water that she had it. All in all the staff are all amazing from reception, to the beach guards, EVERYONE! 🩷🩷🩷

Our stay at Kaya Palazzo Bodrum was truly exceptional — so much so that we extended it by an extra night. A special thanks goes to Serhet, Emir, and Mevlüt, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From securing exclusive discounts outside the hotel to ensuring every detail was handled promptly, they — along with the rest of the team — were outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and personal. We were welcomed with a dedicated WhatsApp group for guest relations upon arrival, which made communication easy and quick throughout our stay. The room was spacious, with beautiful views, a smart layout, and excellent sleep quality. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive. While the in-room tech could use some upgrades, everything else was on point. The beach is private, clean, and family-friendly, offering a relaxing, exclusive vibe. Although we didn’t use the pool or spa, the facilities looked premium and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and in-room dining, with pizza being a highlight. Service was fast, and presentation was clean and simple. The hotel is in a great location — close to Bodrum’s old town while still offering privacy and a luxurious atmosphere. For the level of service and experience, it’s definitely worth the price. Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely return.

If there is anything to improve, the wifi signal in some corners of the bedrooms could be improved.

I love the secured and cozy feeling built by Kaya: all the trails are full of beautiful greenery; we have neighbours but I get complete privacy; on the private beach, our whole family enjoyed laying down and swimming in the clear Aegean Sea; last but not least, the restaurant was never crowded. I also love that the staffs took well care of everyone: they are always friendly, try to help us with everything, the gentleman at the restaurant even remembers already the drink we like to order. About the facility: our house was spacious with nice sea view, it's sparkling clean and well equipped.

Gorgeous resort! Beautiful views, immaculate accommodations, exceptional service (shout out to Serhat with wonderful recommendations!), delicious food and drinks. It was paradise and we can’t wait to come back. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which had a washer for laundry which was convenient after a week of traveling. Quick taxi to downtown Bodrum, ferry port, and nightlife.
