There was a price irregularity. One day i paid a certain amount for breakfasr buffet. The next morning it was suddenly more expensive when a different staff member was handling it. Room service staff could not communicate in english

Cleaning staff, waiters and valet are very friendly and helpfull. They also communicate much better in english. The location is very good specially if you want to visit the convention center. The restaurant serves amazing and delcious food. Some of the best we had during our stay in istanbul.

The room was so clean and neat considering I am an OCD but the room exceeded my expectations Bed sheets were super clean and smelled so nice which is not the norm even in international rice start hotels I tired in Istanbul

Conflicting times re swimming pool. I do believe at weekend, the hours should be extended from 9am to 8pm. Only 1 restaurant open Outside area for coffee should be upgraded .. flowers in pots .. make it look more welcoming. The air-conditioning was issue but we moved rooms so sorted out

Since I lived on the 13th floor and there was no way to open the window + sunny side - in the room was stuffy, despite the presence of ventilation.

The food on the evening menu was nice but I wouldn't say it was value for money Also a couple of bars were closed, so you were forced to stay in the restaurant for drinks and the service wasn't great

A wonderful hotel that fully met our expectations! Breakfasts were excellent, as always with this hotel chain: varied and delicious. The room was clean and cozy. The location is very convenient — close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to reach the city center and other areas. We chose this hotel specifically because of the exhibition, which was just a 5-minute walk away. We will definitely come back again!

Air conditioning was not working, not cooling the air. It was blowing the air but not making the temperature lower/colder. It seems it is too old and just used. At least in my room. If this is 4 star hotel and for this price air conditioning should work properly. Breakfasts - huge amount of food but they made it so much that meals that are suppose to be hold were cold as of not being eaten (like I wrote too much food waiting for the guests and just got old (cold).

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like since everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Everything about our stay at Kaya İstanbul Fair & Convention in Istanbul was excellent! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The location is ideal for business travelers, especially since it's just a short walk from the Tuyap Fair Exhibition Center. But it’s not just for business—thanks to the beautifully designed environment and thoughtful landscape details, the hotel is also great for families with children. Very family-friendly and welcoming! A special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager, Mr.Altin Diko, who truly went above and beyond. He speaks several languages and made sure every guest felt cared for. He was definitely the heart of the hotel’s outstanding service. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

No small store around hotel. Even though hotel facility is very good, visitors need store time to time. So I would like to recommend hotel to have small store in lobby floor. Aha.. Window needs cleaning. Amazing view, but too much stain on window glass. But, view was great anyway.

It was my first trip in Turkiye, and it was quite impressive. Kaya hotel was the first point of the impression. I hope to have good promotion price again in next trip so I can choose Kaya Istanbul again.

Staff was so friendly, the best location for exhibition. Quality and variety of breakfast was fantastic. Room and every where in hotel was so clean. They have prepared a free buffet of finger food and sweet in afternoon which was so nice for us after one day in exhibition. The breakfast and dinner could definitely vary a little more. It’s not bad, but could take a little additional vegetables a seafood. Definitely a lot of different meats.

Everything is good, especially for someone who participates at the trade fair. The location is very convenient. Overall a good hotel at this price range.

Attention to detail in housekeeping was missing. Ex Toilet shower drain .. had to request declogging The ironing board had to request twice.This should have been there in the first place Tissue paper was missing in the rooms. Was inly there in the toilet
