Ethiopiaone area that needs improvement is the room cleaning. The cleaners were not very attentive, and the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. With a little more attention to this detail, the stay would have been perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kaya Belek. Each day was wonderful, and the staff made the experience very entertaining. The food was excellent, and Mr. Serkan was especially helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

CanadaThe rooms need renovation, especially the door keys, which were always broken. We had to change the key cards every day. The reception staff need to be more friendly, especially Ms. Darya in the guest relations. The Wi-Fi doesn't work well in all areas.
Delicious food, a very nice pool, a good location, spacious rooms with good views, and a nice balcony. Mr. Serkan, who took care of booking.com guests, was very friendly and more than useful. The staff in the restaurants and bars were very friendly. There is a lovely beach and green areas to relax.

RussiaClose to the Antalya airport, only 30 minutes by taxi. Nice sandy beach, easy entry to the sea even for kids. Enough sunbeds/umbrellas, you don't need to leave your towels there early before breakfast just as placeholders. Very good restaurant! You can always find several types of meats, fish, a choice of vegetables and something to make happy your kids like chips and burgers. Very tasty traditional turkish meals like gözleme and kebab.

The food was amazing – great variety and quality every day, with delicious desserts and fresh fruits from the first day to the last. There was also a wide selection of drinks. The staff were super friendly, professional, and always ready to help – very service-minded and well trained. The evening programs were really cool and entertaining. The location is also great, just a 20-minute walk to the Land of Legends.
