Staff are very kind and friendly. Hotel design and facilities are modern and beautiful. İt has own beach restaurant which serves very delicous meals.

No elevator, which makes access to rooms and movement difficult for the elderly, people with reduced mobility, or wheelchair users.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is quite close to the city center by taxi, the restaurant is great and the hotel beach is nice and clean.

Air conditioning was a big issue for us, it wasn’t working properly and although we notified the reception about that, nothing changed. However, the problem wasn’t only that it didn’t cool down properly, it was also quite humid in the room. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English that well, but some don’t speak or understand it at all, only Turkish. Food and drinks at their restaurant are quite pricey but there are plenty of options in the town. They don’t clean the room unless you ask them to do so. Smoking at the beach, as I understand is not issue of just this place, because it’s generally allowed in Turkey to smoke in public places but this annoyed me a lot because I hate the smell of smoke and it gives me headache.

Private beach and pool, beautiful premises, quiet location outside of Kas center but easy access to the town by walking around 30 minutes. We took a room with the sea and garden views and the view from the balcony was very nice, also very spacious balcony. The room was smaller than expected but had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, they provide a good selection.

loud music in the night time that lasted till 1 -2 am, it could be avoided or reduced if you choose to go with land view or part seaview (Eastside) room, rooms are not so spacious as common area

We booked room with garden view however we got one in the end of the corridor looking to stairs. What we paired would not match where we sleep thus we didn’t spend so much time in room. The beach always have Turkish pop very loudly. Unfortunately, reading almost impossible. Also, not all visitors Turkish, I heard a lot of grumpiness from other guests too.

Sea is awesome being that close and able to swim whenever we want is super nice! The receptionists guys so nice and kind. Smiling everyday! Breakfast was nice everyday.

It would be nice if it is possible to have snacks like sandwiches or salads during the day in the hotel cafe, not at the beach, as the quality of food is really bad there, also pricy.

The beach was really nice, as well as the swimming pool! The room was ok, not very big, but neat and tidy. The breakfast was nice!

Needs a bit of a facelift with worn out carpets and few broken electrics. Check in was 2pm but rooms not ready until after 3pm. Waterfront lounges were at an extra cost even for guests.

Great position just outside the busy town. Access to waterfront was fantastic and pool was cool !

Standard rooms were poor, without blanket. Cleaning was only after call on the reception.

They sold the room as “EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK OUT” but when we arrived, they said “we don’t have that kind of campaign”! And we chose this hotel for that reason! Their explanation was it is “Booking.com’s fault not ours” you should leave the room! That was not good and they should be much more responsible about how they sell the room!
